We ordered 1 order of speghetti and meat balls, 1 order of Lasagna and I order of bruschetta to be delivered which we paid for. We received 1 order of ravioli and 1 order of very badly burnt bruschetta!We told them and sent pictures. After review, they said we were not getting reimbursed! Ridiculous! No wonder Marys restaurants are closing. Extremely poor customer service! I would never go to this place again!!! ?

Only Mary’s left since the Novato one closed and wasn’t trying to drive far but a full resturant of employees and yet they told us their resturant was full, got ignored for 15 min and the same people from Novato work there just a bunch of white teenagers and young managers who don’t care. Will not ever return terrible service

I have always loved Mary’s Pizza but after my experience today I won’t return. It is because of the service and attitude of the server. Things started off fine, with drinks and appetizer. But after our server brought my husband’s entree salad she never returned. She did not bring any dressing for his salad- he had to go find some himself- and she just never brought my entree. My husband finished his meal, we ate the appetizer and were waiting for the check when our server appeared with my pasta. It was just too late. We’d been there for an hour. I won’t be returning to Mary’s again as my experience left me with a very uncomfortable feeling.

I called in advance to confirm we could get seated on the patio on a Thursday evening at about 7:15 pm. We arrived, and no one came to greet and check us in. Finally, a young lady came, but I wasn't sure we could be seated on the patio. She left to ask, came back, and said it would be about 10 minutes. We thought no problem. My husband went to the bar to ask about the beers on tap and was completely ignored. He finally came back and joined me at the hostess stand. Another couple came in after us and had the same experience and left. After another 10 minutes we left also. No food or drinks were ordered, and we were never seated. This was our first and last time trying Mary's Shack.

It’s really, really unfortunate that I have to share. What a horrible experience I had at what used to be one of my favorite restaurants. First time I’ve gone to this location I would say the service was mediocre. She was a pretty good waitress, but when my pizza was handed to me personal size pizza with just cheese and olives. I looked down to grab a piece of my pizza I look down and there is a dead cooked fly right next to a black olive,it was cooked with my pizza!??♀️ How it got on top of my pizza I have absolutely no and stayed on top of their inspection, to go inside the oven and then once again, passing next inspection, to be brought to my table…. Like it was undeniably, a big black fly on there I don’t know how it was not seen before it was brought out. I did not make a scene. I politely got up brought my pizza with me and I showed the waitress the pizza. I could tell she was very embarrassed and felt very bad. I see her bring the pizza to the manager and basically the next thing I’m asking is if I want another pizza which I don’t because I’ve lost my appetite at that point and that she would take it off the bill. I thought it was very unprofessional that the manager did not come over to me and apologize for that very,very unpleasant experience that I don’t think any person should ever experience. I would’ve been a lot more understanding. Had a manager made an attempt to communicate with me I get it things happen, accidents happen mistakes happen .I would’ve understood if they had been a little more empathetic. With that being said, I will never ever return to Mary’s Pizza shack in Petaluma California and I encourage anybody who eats there to most definitely look at your food, long and hard before you eat it just a piece of advice.!
