Still great quality clam chowder, fish and chips. shrimp was ok. Fun beach vibe. Always busy.Kid-friendliness: My kids love the chowder we opt for the sliced sourdough loaf target than the bread bowl because it's easy to share as a family. Same great taste, more toastiness
Although I am not a chowder fan, my bf insists on going to the splash cafe every time we are in the area. He gets the chowder with the seafood toppings. I got the chicken sandwich which came on a sesame bun and was surprisingly good for just being simple. Our other friend got the clam chowder “fully loaded” which comes with bacon and seafood topping and other things- she LOVED it. We also got fish n chips and the ahi tacos both which were fresh and had very good flavor !

We always come here when we go to Pismo always the best service the best food if the lines long it's worth the wait. We had the clam chowder for five of us we also ordered the calamari and fries and chicken strips all was amazing
