Waited a long time to take our order, maybe 15 minutes. Only one server. Couldn't make bobba drinks at the time because of only one server working. Ordered the new item pork egg rolls. BEWARE, if they taste sour send them back. Luckily I have a string stomach. I ordered a steak. They must leave it unseasoned because they give you dipping sauces? I wouldn't order again. Visited the Placentia location a few weeks ago, it is located in a big plaza with plenty of parking. We noticed right away that this location is bigger than the other locations we have visited in the past. The service is very slow as they are understaffed; they only had one person taking orders, making drinks, serving the food and taking care of the to-to orders.We ordered the thai hotpot and garlic noodles. Loved the food and atmosphere! The staff was so great, will definitely be back soon!Parking: Parking can become busy on weekends although I always find a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp leading right onto the patio only feet away from the front door!
