We were looking for a sushi restaurant that was actually open for lunch on a Sunday (not many are) and found San. It was a nice spot for a relatively inexpensive but nice quality “American” sushi meal. Most of the rolls were california style, placing heavy emphasis on imitation crab. But 5 of us eating for $130 at a sushi restaurant is great! Just dropped in about an hour before it closed. It was a cozy spot tucked away. The presentation of all of the food was so beautiful. It kind of made me feel i was taking bites of art. Everything was so tasty. The edamame didn't have as much flavor on it's own. It has a nice relaxing vibe to this place. If I'm ever in the neighborhood again i would come back.

My husband and I shared a wonderful afternoon here, with nothing but appetizers and a pitcher of Asahi. Garlic Edamame, Mixed Tempura, Seaweed Salad, Brussels Sprouts, Calamari Legs, Red Yellow Tail and Spicy Tuna Roll. Not only was the food amazing, service was also excellent. This is NOW my all time favorite Japanese Restaurant.
