I had high quality American Chinese food and will definitely be back to try more. Everything I ordered was good, which is honestly a nice surprise. The Mongolian beef had large pieces of tender meat. The sweet and sour pork was good, without excess breading. The vegetable Chowmain had lots of veggies just like the picture in another review. Lastly, you can taste the ginger in the pot stickers and its nice they come with a dipping sauce.
The Golden Dragon restaurant is my go to you for Chinese food in Placerville. For this visit, I decided to get my meal to go. I only waited 15 minutes for quite a few different items. When I got home, the food was piping hot, the eggrolls were crispy, and everything was delicious! I'm sure there are some other very good Chinese food restaurants in Placerville however I have to keep coming back to Golden Dragon. Nicely remodeled inside Accommodating as I was short on time and they allowed me to order 1/2 size appetizer Food was very good! I ordered chicken chow mein and orange chicken and chicken was so juicy and tasty. (Thighs, but good for me) Priced quite reasonably
