Bunch of teenagers flapping their jaws and not getting the orders done in a timely manner! Too many cooks in the kitchen!! Literally five people behind the counter and it took 25 to 30 minutes to do two sandwiches and two salads and the place was super slow and not busy at all. Employees need to focus and keep their eye on the prize.

It was our first time exploring in Placerville. It was mid morning and we wanted a small bite, so we stopped to get an almond croissant for me and a lemon cookie for the hubby. Almond pastries are my favorite and this one was one of the best. He enjoyed the cookie too. I didn't get the workers name, but she was very nice. Hopefully on our next visit we can try other things on the menu.

This was first time here. Ordered a roast beef with the works and a ham & turkey was down right disgusting. The sandwich's rank right up there with subway. Will never eat tbere again. Save your money. Over priced sandwiches

I am a big fan of sourdough and co. However, whatever chemical cleaner they use in this location is awful (almost smells like a bathroom urinal cake :/ ) The cleaner smells very strong so that you can't even smell the food, which really is a put off. When I left I could smell it in my hair! Staff is welcoming and it is a Cute location. Sandwich was skimpy on the meats.

It's been twice in the last 12 days we've gone to buy a couple sandwiches only to find it CLOSED! The first time was at 5:45, the 2nd time was tonight at 5:10 PM. The door was locked both times, people inside cleaning. The sign on the door said CLOSED! The website says closes at 7:00 BS! The sandwiches are great good luck getting one!

Very friendly and helpful for my husband's compromised swallowing condition. Appreciated that very much.Dietary restrictions: Husband can only swallow liquids and wanted little soup so the girl strained it for him so he could have the broth. Very nice of her as most places do not do that.
The employees were very friendly and helpful here, and the food was very tasty! I would recommend this place for a nice lunch.

My first time here Service was alright I got the turkey sandwich for myself that was okay i also got the kids meal with Mac and chz that's was very discus ting my son Couldn't eat it so ended up buying the turkey wrap when I comment to the employees the response was very poor and ignored my comment nothing special about this place I wouldn't recommend.
