The register person got our order wrong, we had ordered cheese curds, he had repeated it multiple times and yet we still got fries. Also, we were really excited about root beer floats but the ice cream machine was broken. And, the speed bump was very abrupt and too strong.
Its hard to judge a combined restaurant. I love a&w and a papa burger is always good. But kfc has gone down hill quite a bit over the years, it's not really the staff I don't think, it's just how the company does things now. Doesn't matter what location I go to the chicken breading is gummy and gross, the extra crispy is even gummier, and honestly the price I'm paying for fried chicken it's not worth it. I went on a Tuesday for the $5 Single Papa meal (cheeseburger, fries and a drink). It's a pretty good deal. It may not be enough food for some but I was happy with the serving size. It has been years since I have been to an A&W. This one is also a KFC. A bonus if you have a family that can't agree on food
