Seems very similar to other iTea locations in menu, so they all have a wide menu of fresh brewed tea and good boba. Customization of sweetness and ice levels is available too. Plenty of inside seating. Not too busy early on a Sat afternoon. High quality and fast as expected!

The store is shown as open in Google map but the door is actually closed. Opening hours are not posted on the front of the store. I see a group of kids also waiting outside the door. Even though the staff saw folks waiting outside the store, they do not respond to any knocking or phone call. What a service attitude.

I went on a weekday, so the place was quite empty. They have really great fruit teas, however, there isn’t too much to say about the milk tea. One thing that some other boba stores may not offer is that they have food here.

Visiting for the first time and we wanted to have flavored tea as well as some snacks. Drinks were very good, but when trying to order snacks, they told us they didn't have several items on the menu - no Seasoned Calamari, no Garlic Chicken Wings. Very disappointing to see something good but can't order.

i-Tea was my favorite boba place pre-quarantine. When a lot of them closed during the pandemic, I was really bummed out about it. I found myself in Pleasanton on a hot day, so I decided stopping by an i-Tea, something I had not had in a long time, would be a good way to cool myself. FOOD: I ordered a Taro Milk Tea with no boba as that is my old go-to. The drink came out much more purple-ish than I was used to for i-Tea, which was the first red flag. It usually means that they use taro powder rather than fresh taro. When I took a sip, my suspicions were confirmed when it was overly sweet. The drink normally has taro bits; this drink had none at all. Regardless to say, I was very disappointed with my drink since it tasted nothing like the i-Tea taro milk tea that I was used to. +0 SERVICE: You place an order with the cashier, pay, and get an order number. Once your order is ready, they will call it out for you. I didn't have any issues with the service since there wasn't really any other customers while I was there. +1 COST: The taro milk tea was $5.25. If it tasted like it normally did, I'd say it was fairly priced. But for what I got, it was a big letdown. +0.25 SETTING: i-Tea is located on the edge of downtown which is convinient if you are walking around the area. There is also a small parking lot so you can easily park. There is no furniture inside as it has been closed off. You can't really hang out here with friends at all; just grab your drink and go. +0.5 X-FACTOR: Other than nostalgia, I don't think anything stands out about this place. i-Tea used to have so many stores and I'm very surprised this place is still open. +0 Basically, got a taro milk tea that was overly sweet and had no taro; nothing like what I was used to. I'll round up here for the official rating. 1.75/5

I wish they'd answer the dang phone here! I've tried several times to call in an order, since they don't have online ordering, and no one ever answers! If you go here, everyone decides to cluster inside, on top of each other like rats, waiting for their orders. If you're gonna allow people to wait inside and not let them seat, get rid of your furniture! At least the clientele wont be breathing on top of each other. Their teas are good We used to come here quite a bit until they stopped answering the phone! Either enable online ordering or answer the darn phone.

I go here to get a drink only because they are closed to my work. Their drinks are okay but customer service are bad. I had waited for few minutes for the last customer to get her order done then the cashier walked away to make drinks without a word. so I stood in front of the cashier another 3-4 minutes then he came back to place my order. He didn't tell me what my order number was as usual. After 10 minutes, he called a number and handed out one of my drinks and asked me if I wanted to change to something else because the other drink which I ordered was run out. I literally was waiting my drinks inside of the shop but he didn't tell me the drink was out until he got my order out. I waited 15 minutes to get an half of my order! If you were busy, I totally understand. There were only 3 customers waiting for their drinks including myself and total 4 workers were there. They just wasted my time and no sorry at all!

Shin at the front register is very rude and has the worse customer service! The drinks are good but the customer service is terrible.I come here all the time, and each time, Shin just doesn’t know how to be polite to customersToday, he told me in rude way to close the front door. I was offended by that. As an employee, isn’t it your job to take care of littel things like that?

Good, food was cheap but mediocre (I don't think it's meant to be a food place tbh), drinks were good and menu was simple and easy to order from. Drinks arrived fast, food was a little slower

This I-Tea does a great job on their milk teas and boba topping. My go to is their Hokkaido Milk Tea which comes with boba and egg pudding in a large cup for about $5.75. I like the chewiness of their boba and classic flavors. Service is efficient and like the option for adjusting ice and sugar levels.
