Everyone enjoyed the Frittata and potatoes, lots of compliments. (I became a little worried that the potatoes were not GF and didn't eat too much of them myself.)The trays contained a VERY generous portion of 30 servings and we probably could have gotten one tray of each for 40 people. Highly recommend Pleasanton Catering Co. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The food was amazing and all was perfect from the day I put the order until they delivered. Impeccable!!
