Bit of a mixed review here. I would say this is a combination of a three and five star review. The five star goes to the food. They have some of the best sashimi in the area: the salmon is as buttery as you can get, and I cannot recommend their sashimi plates enough. If you go here, go here with that purpose and you will not be disappointed. The three stars goes to service. Over time, we managed to get a regular server and she would give us pretty good service. However, it took a while to get there. I'm not sure if the restaurant is just perpetually understaffed, or if there is some other issue going on, but we've gone half an hour without speaking to someone before. It was at that point where you are ready to get up and walk out when we finally saw a server.

I have gotten delivery from this restaurant more than once and loved it, but recently the avocado in my California roll I ordered was completely brown and rotten. I was super disappointed. Please make sure the food you are serving is better quality. I will not be ordering from here again.

I don't have high expectations when it comes to non Japanese owned sushi places so this place was a nice surprise. Ordered agedashi tofu, vegetable tempura, and salmon teriyaki Bento which was very good! The sushi was standard, I'd return for the bentos for sure. I ordered through Grubhub so I'm not sure about the restaurant itself but the food is good!
I've been trying new Japanese restaurants around the area and had a few items from Meiko Sushi today. I had the 3 item bento with chicken katsu, beef teriyaki, and short ribs. The chicken katsu was a bit dry but the sauce was super good. I ended up drenching the chicken with the sauce. The teriyaki sauce on the beef was good and the short ribs were flavorful. I also ordered saba nigiri and the shrimp tempura roll. For the price of the tempura roll, I only had 5 pieces where other places give 8 for either the same price or about $1-$2 less. It was still good. The food came out fairly quickly which worked out since I was on a lunch break. The staff were super friendly and always smiled which made me feel good. It made the food taste so much better haha. Setting was good and noise level was moderate. Parking was easy and the restaurant was easy to find. I gave 4 stars only because I received smaller portions compared to other places for just about the same price. Other than that, the service was great and the food was good. I'd come back to try other items on the menu.

Great food and service...their menu has something for everyone...I especially enjoy their variety of Udon...great ingredients and wonderful broth...!!!
Good amount and quality, nice hospitality and vibe. Just one thing I would suggest is wasabi. If they could use a better quality or stronger flavor, it's really elevate the overall taste.
