Really bad customer service. The workers didn't even come to the window to say they needed a second to finish the mobile orders placed 20 minutes ago so was left waiting at the drive thru window for 5 minutes. No apology and no acknowledgement. Was handed my drinks without them looking at me. Also the food wasn't even heated up.
Whoever manages this store cares less about the many bad reviews this spot has. They always use the excuse they are under staff. Hopefully Starbucks company can pay attention and take matters into their hands. This is unacceptable. One hour for 1 drink and a cake, same with my neighbors order, he waited 45 minutes for her food and don't even try to order Doordash from this store, they seem to put doordash order to the back burner. Ridiculous.

This morning I came in to get something to eat and apparently the contents of what I got prompted what I assume is the manager to roast me after I sat down to have my morning snack. Didn't know this particular Starbucks was a comedy club for roast battles. I thought that's what Tommy T's was built for. Anyways, be careful what you order and how you do it, Because apparently it's amateur hour.
