I made an app order for a churro and a pretzel confirmed at 5:09pm tonight, it did the whole will be ready by 5:25pm. First of all why do i have a wait time when there literally isn't anyone here! Secondly, I was inside for my order at exactly 5:25pm, they had not even touched anything, I had to stand there and wait for them to actually make it, again, no one here!! Why did I have a wait time and why did I have to wait instead of being able to grab and go my order!?!?!?

(I waited over a month to write this review to give the owner a chance to remedy the situation but no response.) Bought a footlong tuna sandwich on two separate occasions (well, a family member got it for me the second time not knowing how bad the first experience had been). The lack of tuna on the sandwich both times was stunning. The only way to adequately describe the sandwich was tuna flavored bread. It was like they spread one tablespoon of tuna over the entire sandwich. The vegetable toppings were the same - meager to say the least. The fact that it happend twice indicates that this is the norm for this location. I've had subway many times at many locations and the only way this could occur is if the owner is training or encouraging the employees to put as little on the sandwiches as possible, likely to be cheap and save money. I contacted Subway customer service about this, requested a refund and was told the owner would reacy out to me. But that never happened. So, now I have no options but to leave this review.

The food and service was very good. Location was pretty clean. Good place to have quick bite. Recommended.

One of the best locations out of the entire East Bay... This location has always had fresh everything from bread baked daily to produce. The food turnover rate is very high so it seems. You usually can tell by looking at the produce. The people there are friendly and polite.

Very strange, they don’t accept any Subway coupons? Well then why do they send them in the mail?? They say it’s because their registers are broken and don’t accept the qr codes. I’m not sure if that’s the truth.

No longer accepting coupons. They used to take the legitimate corporate coupons as of last month but stopped due to inflation.

It has been a while since i went to this Subway , they stopped taking coupons a few months ago. A woman did my meatball sandwich for me yesterday. She was very snice while I was giving my order, it was a simple footlong meatball with American cheese . I paid in cash and she asked me if I wanted the receipt which I took. My mistake, I did not check the receipt right away, she charged me for a tuna footlong which is $1.10 more expensive. I won't be back at this store.

Great! You ask a simple question over the phone and because the worker on the line can’t comprehend SIMPLE English. He hangs up on you the 4 times you attempt to call and ask your question.
