Location/Atmosphere- 4/5 located in a big plaza, plenty of parking even during peak hours. Inside the restaurant is very clean and well maintained, hoison sauce and sriracha sauce fully stocked at every table, small sauce dishes, chopsticks, spoons, napkins.Service- 5/5 extremely quick service, we put in orders for pho and within 2 mins out came 2 huge steaming bowls. As a Vietnamese who makes homemade Pho regularly, I would say this is BEST PHO place in Tri Valley. I tried it yesterday for the first time. Highly recommend.You will not regret. :)

Stopped by here for lunch before going back home from a wedding on the previous night. Very good Beef Ball pho that hit the spot for me. The broth was hot and tasty. Beef balls were delicious. But the hot sauce on the table was Chin-Su brand, instead of the rooster brand sriracha, and I didn't like this one as much. Overall, I still had a good meal and I would come back.
