“I enjoy this joint, it's the right amount of collagen knowledge and culinary/winery expertise. The student/staff are all always very helpful, polite and knowledgeable of not only the restaurants business but of the school in general as well, and knowing those minuet details those make a difference, “trust me”!“
“One of my favorite food and drink spots in Pomona. Idk what these people do or know but somehow they have the best beers on tap. Whoever does the ordering knows their beer knowledge and they aren't wrong. They have variety too which is important Also the food is delicious and the waitstaff is always so awesome and chill. I don't feel rushed or anything like that when I come here.“
“Great, food great customer service. Had the pastrami chili fries highly recommend it also the burgers and fries were really good. Tom is a great guy greeted us with a smile and good customer service. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. Big ups to the cook’s food was awesome.“
“This Denny's was a great branch, as I was traveling from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and was tired and a little sick. First, I only stopped by for a short coffee, but the atmosphere and the friendly lady serving at the establishment were so welcoming that I ate fried mozzarella and handed it to my mullah. Their music, coffee and fried mozzarella were very nice, everywhere was clean and I was not tired anymore. Thank you.“
“The food was nice and service was good. I have faced couple of problems 1. When I reserved the table through open table, they didn't have a fixed valentine's menu and I booked outdoor. When we reached for the reservation they gave us a fixed menu, most of the items on that menu we couldn't have due to health issues. If they could have their fixed menu in here I probably wouldn't have opt to reserve the table with them. 2. When we asked for à la carte menu they took us to some bar area seriously!! We went there to celebrate Valentine's day not to the bar. Then one very well behaved lady came and helped us to get a chair inside the restaurant, we didn't reserve for that table but couldn't complain. Food was nice though, drinks are not that good. Service was good from some folks but We didn't like the management. Just a suggestion, IF You have a fixed menu for some occasion, please just post the menu on open table if you are taking reservations through that app.“
“Came here for happy hour on a Friday with some friends. Service was a little slow, but very pleasant! We pretty much had the place to ourselves, which made it super easy to chat and catch up. We tried all of the signature margaritas, and our overall faves were the spicy mango and spicy watermelon. Would recommend if you happen to be nearby and want a chill place to relax and have some drinks.“
“Tldr: This is a Sports Book style place akin to Vegas and less a restaurant. However, the food and service are good. I would come again (for the burgers ?)This was out first time here. We were surprised when we got inside to find that it's a Sports Book place like you see in Vegas. Nothing wrong with that, but the menu is large and varied that we expected a restaurant. What it means is that tables can be scarce. There is an outdoor patio, but that's where the smokers take it over.We ordered the Baja Burger and the Chilaqules Plate. The burger was great. The patty was juicy and thick, cooked as requested. The Baja comes with cheese, onions, jalapeños, and peppers --they were grilled and delicious. Fries are included but there's an upcharge for waffle or steak fries. Priced at $16.99, I enjoyed it and would order it again. The Chilaqules came with two eggs (any style) on top a generous portion of tortilla chips with a spicy salsa, beans and potatoes (choice of hash browns or fried). It was very good but the beans were just ok. The price was $17.99.The atmosphere may not be to everyone's liking, but it is colorful. Expect yelling at the horses and occasional cussing. If it means anything to you, 3 men walked out of the restroom without washing their hands. With a window facing the patio, there is plenty of natural light.Smoking at the entrance and on the patio should be expected although unwanted.Vegetarian options: Not for vegetarians but there are fish & chips and pizza (cheese only).Dietary restrictions: I'm sure you can ask for accommodation but this is not that kind of place.Parking: There's a large lot but it can fill up on a busy day.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. It's like Vegas.Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible...they want your money. Plenty of older men using walkers here.“
“Came here tonight with my girls after the 2nd Saturday street fair, kind of quiet at first and then all of a sudden NIGHT CLUB!!! Not expected!! Sooo much fun!! Good priced beer!! Awesome friendly staff!! Security always watching and felt safe!! Will definitely come back!!“
“This place has totally been redone. The menu is pretty amazing and the food all came out with great portions, fresh, and hot.We where hungry on Thanksgiving morning and went for a walk on Holt. We live down the street and where hopeful something would be open. We had noticed that this building had a face-lift so we thought we would check it out.We noticed everything was freshly painted and very clean. Also, the menu was full of amazing American and Mexican Dishes. My partner got a pastrami sandwich and I got a Mexican breakfast. We sat out front in the gated area. (No indoor seating). When the food came out it was hot and really good. We talked to the owner and found out it was a family owned business.I really hope more people in the area check them out cause we need more restaurants on holt!Update: I went to Troys today and it was bad. I showed up at 10 AM amd there was one guy ordering and one guy in line. 17 min later the cashier had only taken one order. She wasn't doing anything but "taking orders" when I say SLOW this was BAD. Not sure what the problem was but after 20 min I left without ordering. I will give them another chance in a couple of weeks, but I hope the management moves that women to another station and they get a cashier that can take three orders under 20 min.Parking: You drive right up to the order window.“
“This time I reserved a seat by the window in advance, but the service was so poor that we had to wait for an hour. It was not until I asked if we had been forgotten that we were reluctant to be seated. However, it was not the seat by the window we reserved. The service attitude Very bad. I will not go to this restaurant again or recommend it to my friends.“
“Great location in Pomona. Cool sports type bar/restaurant with excellent service and food. Menu is everything from great appitizers to full meals. We were there for a business happy hour meeting and had jalapeno sliders yet I will be back for those and other menu options including the tacos which looked fantastic. Our server at the bar was great. Knowledgeable on all the beer offerings on tap which there are many. Clean and friendly place that I recommend and will return to.“
“The food here is great, authentic with the flavor of home. The food took a little longer than expected but worth the wait. I wish they had hand made tortillas to elevate the experience. It was a quiet night, they have a set up for live entertainment. I would like to to return to Emiliano's on a night they have the live music.Parking: Plenty of parking on their lot. Not a busy night when I was there. Maybe different when they have live entertainment, but also plenty of street parking around their establishment.“
“Been here a few times. Stopped in tonight (Tuesday) for a few drinks with friends. Love the location & idea of the bar. Tonight was karaoke night. No real complaints, as we heard a lot of decent singers. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is the music is a tad TOO loud for a Tuesday. Like turn it down 2 notches. It's very hard to carry a conversation & enjoy the ambiance.“
“This is the second time I’ve eaten at Corkys but at a different location. Both were amazing as I had California Benedict and my wife had French toast. Warning on the French toast a half a loaf and six pieces wow a full loaf is eight. Our server was amazing and very attentive. I will go again for the quality of food in the hospitality that they have.“
“Everything was good. I ordered a coffee and they gave me a whole pot! The salmon was also tasty, but I think IHOP should add a bit of sauce to the recipe—it’s a little on the bland side in its current form. The breakfast food is excellent as one would expect from a pancake house.“
“All you can eat. Go after 4 pm. The dinner menu is a little more expensive, but it's so worth it. The restaurant will cook steaks to order at dinner. I have also had their Sunday brunch, very highly recommended. I think you really get your money's worth. I've found the few I've been to to be just the same, so location doesn't seem to matter.“
“"The steakhouse 5 stars enough! This place was AMAZING! The burger was hands down the best I've ever had - juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. But what really made my experience stand out was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food and service. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and I felt like I was part of a special community. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience."“
