Do not order food from this location. Food was horrible. I had contacted them to replace my order or a refund. They told me that they cannot give me a refund due to their machine not being able to do that so they’ll give me a credit and for me not to file a dispute with my bank so I didn’t and then when I called back up to re-order the food, they told me you didn’t do it on the same day it happens. I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do for you. The manager is very rude and discriminating, highly suggest do not order food from here do not have any business with this place. I’ve been to a lot of dominoes and they are all wonderful except for this one and the manager is really rude and racist.
We did pick up and I loved the feature where you put your code in and grab your pizza BUT!!! What wasn't cool was that we paid for sauces and they weren't in the box. It was on our order and receipt but when we asked for our sauce they only gave us marinara and we ordered the garlic sauce and they didn't give it to us they gave us "crazy sauce" which was just red sauce. I am still very confused. $16 for two pizzas tho is pretty cheap so that was cool.

The only reason I'm leaving this review is because of how incompetent the workers are. I made an online order for pizza and pasta and I specifically said to put a fork with it, and they never gave me one. How the hell am I supposed to eat pasta without a fork?

Extremely unsatisfied is an understatement in regards to my recent experience here. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and paid for it and was told it would be ready by the time I came back. When I get back to pick it up, a different employee comes up and calls me by the wrong name and says that my payment didn't go through. But when I paid my card said accepted and in my bank account it literally said that the money was taken out of my account. I showed them this and they still refused to give me the pizza, and the shit for brains worker took my pizza to the back for whatever reason, looking at me like I was trying to steal a pizza that I already fucking paid for. I'm on the brink of tears when another guy comes over and says just give it to her (when I already fucking paid for it). I will not be returning because the workers here are mentally disturbed.

I haven't ordered pizza for my best friend and her 2 kids who call me auntie and her parents in about 4 months... been on a tight budget. They always say the pizza is perfect and ordering for me is super easy & fast for me. I'm in Upland & I send it to them by the Pomona fairplex. I've never had any issues at all over the last 3 years! I love Dominos pizza- fast easy cheap and delicious ~

Steer clear Reyna is extremely rude and unprofessional, particularly for a "manager." She hangs up on customers, swears at them, tells *everyone* delivery will take an hour and a half, she's accusatory and triggered very easily. She reacts instead of responding. She's very defensive and makes the entire interaction personal. She should not be working with the public. I doubt any company large or small would want their business represented this way. She has a very very unnecessary bad attitude.
