On the evening of March 22, 2024, at approximately 7:14 pm, I arrived at the specified location to collect an order that I had placed over the phone. Upon entering, I proceeded to the register and provided my name, indicating that I was there for order pickup. The transaction was facilitated by a white male employee, who assisted me in paying for my order. After completing the payment process, he retrieved my food and placed it on the counter. I expressed my gratitude by saying "thank you" to which he responded with a notably strange and rude look, omitting the customary "you're welcome" expected in customer service interactions.This incident left me perplexed as the act of acknowledging gratitude with a simple "you're welcome" is a standard part of customer service etiquette. Despite this interaction, I must acknowledge that this was my third visit to the establishment, and on this occasion, I finally received pizza that was not burnt—an improvement from previous experiences.However, despite the improvement in food quality, the unprofessional behavior displayed by the employee in response to a polite gesture has left a lasting negative impression. As a result, I have decided that I will not be returning to this location in the future, primarily due to the uncomfortable experience encountered during this visit.

This is by far the best little caesars I've ever been to. The quality of the food is always outstanding. You can tell the employee’s take pride in their job. I go out of my way to come to this location because I know I won't be disappointed like so many other locations. Management should be proud of the job everyone is consistently doing.Kid-friendliness: They've offered my son cookies in the past which was a very nice gesture.
Pizza was awful. Dry, cold & burnt in some areas. We also paid more for the extra pepperoni and this pizza only had pepperoni on the edges. This was our second time giving them a chance with the extra pepperoni - what a scam.
