VITA Italian Bar & Grill is a restaurant known for its delicious food and great service. Standout dishes include the tomahawk porkchop with mushroom sauce and spicy shrimp pasta. The restaurant offers a selection of fine wines and signature cocktails, such as the Tequila Mockingbird. Many reviews highlight their farm-to-fork approach, with vegetables coming straight from Cal Poly Pomona's farm and house-brewed beer. The atmosphere features a beautiful open patio with mountain views, colorful decor, and perfect lighting, ideal for date nights or brunch with friends. The staff are attentive and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. The seafood options, including large Maine lobster claws, crab, shrimp, and a seafood boil, are highly praised, along with their amazing short ribs. Desserts are consistently good, with favorites like Tiramisu and Chocolate Nocciola. The restaurant also offers free parking, making it a convenient spot to visit. Overall, VITA Italian Bar & Grill is a great place to enjoy fresh ingredients, memorable pasta, and a welcoming environment. Brunch is highly recommended, especially for those seeking a lively, flavorful experience.
