I have been in search of the best popusa in a 10 mile radius. I come from a dense los Angeles area known for Salvadorian foods. Now that I live in Montclair I have been disappointed with the Salvadoran foods here. UNTIL I found this hidden Gem. Popusa here is NOT oily it's crispy and filled more with food than with dough.
