I enjoy this joint, it's the right amount of collagen knowledge and culinary/winery expertise. The student/staff are all always very helpful, polite and knowledgeable of not only the restaurants business but of the school in general as well, and knowing those minuet details those make a difference, “trust me”!

One of our friends' salmon dish was under-cooked. Since no one came to our table to check, I had to look for someone to help address the issue. The overall experience was still lovely. My risotto with added chicken was phenomenal. So was my coconut sorbet with passion fruit dressing.

Always good food and service here. Hard to complain about the attentive service, but, after all, they're students and we write their report cards. We all had different entrees and everybody agreed that they were great.

Hey there! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing restaurant called The Gourmet Haven. Let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! The food was outstanding, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. From juicy steaks to flavorful vegetarian options, they had it all. The presentation was on point, and the flavors were simply exquisite. The service was top-notch too, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had a fantastic dining experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal. Overall, I highly recommend The Kellogg Ranch for anyone looking to indulge in a culinary adventure. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Everything was superb. We had the clam chowder which was full of bits of clams and so flavorful. One individual had the caprese sourdough which was delicious! The jerk chicken was very tender and had great flavor. Another individual in the party had the Moroccan cauliflower steak and another person had the sliders. All had superb taste. Our server was very polite and came back to check up on the meal. Also, another more senior student came to check on our experience. We also had the Apple Crumble which had great flavor. Overall a great experience and we plan on coming back.

Open limited hours during semester, it could be a worthwhile trip if you're looking for something outside of the random fast-casual hum drum of the neighborhood. An open kitchen welcomes you as you walk in and a view of the Pomona valley. This restaurant is entirely run by students at the Hospitality school. There are some instructors walking about just to make sure things run smooth, but the students seem to be making most of the decisions.Clam Chowder - the roux was a little darker, but this cup was chocked full of clams and baconJerk chicken - the skin on breast was braised, which was interesting. It was moist, but the skin flaccid and it was a touch over. Lots of flavor here in each bite.Coconut sorbet with passionfruit coulis - that coulis packed a lot of passionfruit flavor. It was a nice way to end the meal.Super reasonable and it's nice to see the kids work a restaurant like professionals. I could see myself coming here when I tire of the regular stuff in the neighborhood.

The food and everything was delicious, but I have some suggestions: The soup was not very warm The poke was a little spicy for one person in our group. The service was excellent and Morgan was a delight. The food was delicious and the chef even brought me an extra container of the delicious sauce that was on the salmon. We had a delightful time. I only mentioned the above things, because I know that you are a cooking school and trying to make everything perfect.

The students running the restaurant are great. Megan was our server who went above and beyond for our table. I had the jerk chicken entree and it was delicious. The ambience is nice indoor, and great views outdoor. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Disappointed about the salmon dish - wasn't flavorful and no garnish and/or color. Was just a piece of fish on a plate - that's it. Enjoyed the cheese and meet board, broccolini, rays jerk chicken and Cauliflower steak (vegan).

I would call this a hidden gem! When we arrived, there weren't many people. The food was delicious and we were happy to support our fellow Broncos! We ordered the poke nachos and bruschetta toast for our appetizer. We then had the salmon, jerk chicken, and turkey croissant sandwich for our entrees. The jerk chicken was so flavorful and the accompanying tomato-based sauce was also delicious. As simple as the turkey croissant sandwich was, the ingredients were incredibly fresh and well-balanced. For dessert, we had the "RKR" Apple Crisp, topped with horchata ice cream, and that was amazing too! It was a little too sweet for me (I am a savory person), but my friends absolutely cleaned the dish! I absolutely recommend everyone to try this place at least once as a CPP student! I'll probably visit again when I'm an alumni too! Everything is super affordable, especially for "fine-dining."
