Called my order in and ended up not having it due to giving it to someone else how disappointing now to wait for them to redo my food.Had to drive back to correct my food since they made it wrong while I waited for my food there. Como on get it together tacos jalisco first you give my food away, then you add onion to my food have to waste my gas twice shame on you guys

I went to Taco Jalisco on November 11.2023 around 8pm. My family and I were coming to this new establishment we’ve never been to to try the food. The moment we walked in the cashier which I do not know her name but she was wearing glasses kind of heavyset. Gave gave us a dirty look, and I kind of ignored it because I was like what is her problem. The customer that was in front of us was greeted what they smell and also was told in Spanish good evening when it was our turn to order she had this whole nasty attitude. I am African-American, and I knew at that moment she was being racist. I spoke to her and Spanish the whole entire time I speak Spanish fluently I’m assuming she did not like that I was treated with poor service and even asked who was in charge another woman told me, the person in charge was not available. I told her that I felt racially profiled and did not like I was being treated and the other cashier apologized for her being rude. However, we still had ordered the food. The food was good. I feel sorry for the owners who are losing money because of this woman and her attitude , the owners are losing customers because of this woman. I would never ever return to tacos Jalisco ever again. I thought racism only existed in the 1950s so I felt they didn’t want me to be there. I would not recommend this place for any of my family nor friends. And you could tell the difference how she treated the first and the last customers after us very nicely as they were Hispanic and treated us poorly. This is still America do better.
They use to serve good tacos with a decent size tortilla and Burritos , I came in today and they I was amazed, due to they reduce the size of the tacos/tortillas and their burritos as well also they increase the price on everything !!! when you order a Taco or burrito it is super small tortilla size ( it wasn’t that size before ) ,they charge you more $$ but they give you less in everything , their taste is good but the size and the price it is not accurate it!! Go to tacos Viva Villa in Fontana instead if you got time! Will not come back for a while!

I don't understand how food can have so much oil and so little flavor. They also charge way too much just to add some cheese and sour cream to a burrito.

Worst experience I’ve had. Cashier got upset because she “didn’t hear” what we ordered after repeating it TWICE. My father ordered Tamarindo and guess what we got? lol HORCHATA! Now the worst part, I ordered a burrito of Al pastor and it was full of rice and beans literally NO meat until the last 3 bites I was so disappointed in todays visit. Do better!
