“I went in on Tuesday and had teppanyaki with my family I had the New York steak and lobster which were cooked to my liking. I had a great customer service experience and was attended with little to no wait! The shift lead kandie was really attentive to our needs and was quick to help us out! Definitely recommend this spot and the sushi was delicious. The nanlanka roll was delicious. THEY ALSO SERVE JAPANESE BEER AND SAKE! I’ll keep coming back.”

“My daughter treated me to Mother's day dinner. After getting seated our waiter Carlos came by introduced himself and asked if it was our first time. We said yes. He was very welcoming and patient with us. His service was OUTSTANDING! Best we've had! His attention to making sure our drinks stayed full and if he could get us anything else made our visit very pleasant. After reading some reviews we we're kind of nervous BUT his service changed all that. He brought out hot soft rolls and mentioned they were actually house made Hawaiian rolls!!! As appetizers we orderd the glazed steak bites w asparagus. Delicious! Both kids ate up the asparagus! Both kids had chicken alfredo. They could not stop raving how good it was! The honey and I had new York steak. Everything was delicious and hot. We will definitely be going back.”

And i went back in to ask if they could remake it or something and the girls working were rude and had a mean girl energy when usually the staff is very nice and welcoming idk if they were having an off day , so was i. but i dont understand how starbucks , dutch and even java express another small business can remake a drink when its not good or wrong but they cant . Very disappointing”

“Grab this is only Second time I’ve been to a Wienerschnitzel. The customer service is on point. Food was delivered hot and fast. Store was clean. My only complaint was they didn’t have the air conditioning turned on. But they turned it on as soon as I ordered in. I get it no point in keeping the building, freezing cold for nobody since the kitchen is hot. We definitely recommend.”

I do not understand how you could act like that towards your server despite the fact all of you are grown adults. We heard you saying how if she didn’t give you any discounts you were going to find something to complain about and weren’t going to tip her, right after she walked away. She gave you, as well as, us great service. We even heard her trying to fix an issue with one of the dishes. How are you going to complain about the food and still take the rest home with you? And still expect a discount? You were all too old to be acting like that. Cristina if you happen to see this, you did great. I just wanted you to know that there was nothing more that you could have done to make those people happy. They seemed set to complain to get discounts since the moment they got there.”

“We enjoy driving out to Poplar near Tharp's, to enjoy an always well-prepared breakfast or lunch! Generous portions, great coffee, and very friendly service at a great price. (considering the high inflation these past three years!) It's also always very clean and tidy. A great small business worth supporting!!”

“Went to Porterville today decided to stop and get something to eat looking for barbecue in the area so I stopped here at Anvil to see how their barbecue taste. I ordered the pork rib dinner with beans and chips. The beans are really good and the ribs were made just how I like them had really good flavor. I can taste the smoke and the type of wood they were using. Was impressed by the flavor and the texture. The inside decorations Where wood tables with a brand on them. There was stuff out that looked like they do catering events, or getting ready to do a catering event.”

“I have been going to foster freeze since I was a kid. For me , it is still a great place to go and order from . They have sundaes 🍨, milk shakes, twisters for sugar cravings 😋. Big boss, old fashion , chicken sandwich ( Krispy, spicy, grilled ). They also do have a kids menu. They have dine in, and outside seating. It fills me up quick, very delicious food. Their sodas are with crushed ice (my favorite) 😊 reasonable pricing , pricing cheaper than other high brand places 😊. I would recommend 😊.”

Easy 5 for Food and Service. 3 for atmosphere for the barren nothing but white-wash paint interior walls and single string of Charlie Brown Christmas Lights in the Window. But you go for the food . . .”

“The food is how you would get it at home. The tortillas on the tacos are a little too raw for me, but my Dad loves them that way. They don't dip them in oil how most places do, so if you're going for a less calorie taco, this is the place. The meat is fresh and they put plenty in your tacos. The tortas are delicious also. They always have a variety of aguas frescas and also bottled or canned drinks. The tables have been widened so they aren't super skinny like before. You can sit and enjoy the food. It's clean and chill there.”

Every single time we visit, the service is consistently excellent. Our orders are always made exactly as requested, and they’re impressively fast, even during busy times.

On weekday mornings, I’ll take my kids to grab their drinks before school, and it’s honestly a highlight of their day. The experience is always smooth and positive, which makes those busy mornings so much easier.

This morning was especially sweet. I brought my puppy in for an Easter pup cup, and the staff was so kind and welcoming to both of us. It really made our day!

Food took some time and silverware was missing since they had run out . They were very sincerely apologetic. So heads up if you go on Sundays you may run into a wait. Oh they don't have crayons for the kids I thought that was different. Could have kept the little more busy whole we were waiting.”
