I go to order a "half cold brew, half hot coffee". I don't like hot or cold coffee, so it's the perfect temp. Every other location I've been to in multiple states understands the order. This place says they can't ring it up. They can't ring up a basic order of coffee. With all of the crazy custom drinks people order, you can ring up half hot coffee half cold brew? GTFO, you just don't want to make my drink.

Worst service ever - the lady with pink hair is next level rude. I'm shocked by her customer service or the lack of it. She was rude to me, other customer before me and even her coworkers. She bragged about working at Starbucks for ages but I'm honestly not sure how she's made it this long with such horrible attitude.

Barista’s are friendly, but lead Jenn is very rude and stingy! Not surprising based on other reviews, which also mentioned management here is subpar! Don’t waste your money or time at this location. Go somewhere else

I'm not sure who took my order, but when I went in I was in a really sad mood and I told him I didn't know what to really order cause my car got hit (i guess it was obvious I was really distraught). He made me this perfect strawberry açaí and it really has brightened up my mood. Thank you

A classic strip mall Starbucks located in Poway. Easy parking, two small tables in side with some counter seating. Definitely not a place for people to hang out in but is a great drive in/pick up and go place.

Can you explain why you are charging tips for drive-thru orders? You ask for a tip before head and then you give me my hot drink without zarf. Ok, fine - I forgot to ask for it. You didn't offer it either. To my "thank you so much" you didn't say anything. I said "thank you" again again and the server didn't respond. That was so rude. I went off and the lid you put on my coffee was not fully closed! I don't have a habit of leaving negative feedback but this time I didn't like the service here. I don't think you should charge the drive thru customers any tips!! If they like the service they will tip you without you asking for it.
