I enjoy Starbucks, the drinks are great, and recently there was staff that made me happy. Story time: I take my dogs on occasion to get pupcups this one particular visit I had my dog who just had a phenomenal visit with the vet regarding his post leg surgery so we went to Starbucks to get a treat. Usually if I go I have someone else with me who sits in the car with the dog. This time I didn't and I don't fell comfortable ever leaving my dogs in the car by themselves, so I walked in with my dog, we ordered and as we were walking back outside he went #2 on the floor in the middle of the store, I was completely embarrassed and struggled to get it cleaned up discretely, then deal with the dog and people. To make matters worse two kids started screaming, laughing, and pointing at me yelling out "LOOK THAT DOG JUST POOPED!" I was totally embarrassed and then this lovely woman came to help me get it cleaned up, two staff members came out with paper towels and wipes and told me it was totally ok. I felt awful because by that time I had eyes on me, and staff helping me clean up dog poop. once it was cleaned up we went outside. About 5 minutes later the staff came out with my drink and pupcup they also told me not to worry as I wasn't the first person to have a dog poop on the floor, but I was the only one to clean up after my dog when it happened. I was totally shocked! The staff is great and the food is great and kindness is great as well

I get a venti iced Carmel Macchiato from starbucks and it's delicious very welcomed and great customer service they have bottle of water great for a very hot day outside to stay hydrated.

Cool AC on blast with a squeaky clean seating area and fast service! An excellent choice for a quick pick me up be it with a drink or a snack. Remember you can actually use your Target Rewards here too.So that pricey drink becomes more attainable.I never hesitate to grab something before or after shopping at this Target. Be back soon.

We went to this location today and in the process of holding a cup of coffee where the lid was not placed onit properly, it exploded all over my husband and my car. When I called and said what happened, calmly I might add, I was met with "oh, what do you want us to do.?" Really? How about pay attention to putting the lids on the cups correctly? How about, "We are sorry that happened, please let us at least comp your coffee and we will remind our staff that placing the kids on the cups correctly prevents people from having to deal with a mess. I should not have to tell you, but those are things you should do. Which is what occurred in this case. Now, because we do not have time to go home before we need to be somewhere else, my husband is walking around with coffee all over him. Also, tone of voice matters when you speaking to someone. Having the tone of voice of "this is no big deal" does not help the situation. I used to go to this location often. We will not go back.
