I've been to the Burrito Factory serial times now. The prices are right. The do not gage their customers like all the other burrito spots in town. The employees are nice and helpful. The restaurant is always clean. Their selection of salsa all has some heat, which I love.

Okay, today was my third visit here and I think I have enough data to confidently give this restaurant five stars. I had given up completely on San Diego Mexican food and started buying my own carne asada, cados, cilantro, etc. and cooking it all myself at home. I will make an exception for this restaurant and I'm going to start getting burritos here.
