Thankfully the staff here are always spot on and friendly! Drive-thru moves quickly and they even still use the ordering screen (it's only been down a few times). The indoor atmosphere used to be welcoming and cozy for visiting and spending time at the establishment, but they took out a bunch of their seating. We use the drive through. They really know how to be consistent making the coffee drink. Always delicious! We love the fraps. Everyone very friendly! Other locations are a hit and miss when ordering the same thing. Some times great other times way off. Ramona and Poway location always the best! Very clean.

My husband and I went inside to get our mobile orders and we met baristas, Nat and Nicole. They were so very attentive and friendly and awesome! This is the only store we’ve been to that has whole bean Pike Place Decaf! We’ve been drinking Sumatra Decaf for a while now and it’s been nice to have a change.
