My husband and I went inside to get our mobile orders and we met baristas, Nat and Nicole. They were so very attentive and friendly and awesome! This is the only store we’ve been to that has whole bean Pike Place Decaf! We’ve been drinking Sumatra Decaf for a while now and it’s been nice to have a change.

Disappointing Wait Time and Service at Starbucks Due to BOGO PromotionI usually look forward to my mobile orders at Starbucks for their convenience and efficiency. However, my recent experience was disappointing, to say the least. I ordered during a "Buy One, Get One" (BOGO) special, anticipating a quick pick-up as usual. Unfortunately, it took an additional 10 minutes beyond the estimated time to receive my order. This delay was attributed to the special promotion, but it was clear that the location was not adequately staffed to handle the increased demand.What compounded the frustration was the manner in which the delay was communicated—or, more accurately, not communicated. The staff were dismissive when addressing inquiries about the wait time, offering no explanations or apologies for the inconvenience. This lack of communication and poor customer service did not align with the high standards I've come to expect from Starbucks.I understand that promotions can lead to busier times, but I believe that proper staffing and training in customer service can significantly mitigate these challenges. I hope that this feedback is taken constructively, as I think addressing these issues can greatly improve the experience for future customers, especially during promotional periods.

We ordered two coffees and noticed the machine was overflowing the cups, which seemed odd/unbecoming of starbucks. Upon tasting the coffee it had extremely bitter/burnt flavors, essentially undrinkable. You expect good coffee when you go to starbucks but in this case it tasted like cheap gas station brew, if not worse.

Thankfully the staff here are always spot on and friendly! Drive-thru moves quickly and they even still use the ordering screen (it's only been down a few times). The indoor atmosphere used to be welcoming and cozy for visiting and spending time at the establishment, but they took out a bunch of their seating. I didn't spend much time working while there, but I had taken studies there a few times, but now they don't have the setup for that anymore; which is sad. Bathrooms are always clean and, again, the staff here are all great!PS: Bring back the eggnog latte at Christmas!Parking: There is free parking, but the layout for drive-thru can often make this a hassle. They blocked one of the two driveways, which made sense, but now it means having to struggle for parking since the line of cars often block all the parking spots.

The food is uncooked and cool. The service was horrible and the servers did not have manners. Not very welcoming. I said asked for light ice and I got the whole cup full of ice. I do not recommend ramona Starbucks.

We use the drive through. They really know how to be consistent making the coffee drink. Always delicious! We love the fraps. Everyone very friendly! Other locations are a hit and miss when ordering the same thing. Some times great other times way off. Ramona and Poway location always the best! Very clean.
