“Priya is my favorite Indian restaurant in all of Sacramento! The flavors are rich and authentic. Their Navaratan Kurma is the best I've ever had the pleasure of eating. To accommodate my dairy allergy, the chef made my Chicken Makhani with coconut milk instead of regular cream, and WOW! My mouth is watering as I type this. The service was excellent. Do yourself a favor--stop reading and go visit Priya!Dietary restrictions: Dairy-free (works for Vegan too) The chef adapted my dish by making it with coconut milk instead of the traditional cow's milk cream, and it was DELICIOUS!“

“This was our first visit to Rosie's. We stopped in to this family run spot for breakfast last week. The space has some kitschy little touches like a silverware clock and outlet plug ins in the booths??? It could definitely benefit from a little face lift. Service was another area that could have used a little improvement. We were greeted and seated and then left to our own for a bit. The menu options are plentiful which is not always a good thing. The food was mostly hit or miss for us. The hash browns on the Benedict are very pretty but were left uneaten due to the stale grease taste. The scramble was pretty tasty. This is a 3.5 star review for us which I will round up for being a family run establishment.“

“Food: fresh Indian spices. Raita included. They brought me a wrong item but gave it anyway, then brought right one. The portions were large. Birani and Allo gobi, buttered naan all great. Samosas were OK but not best in class. Many Indian and Pakistani people streamed in. The table filled soon.The carry out was constant. Atmosphere clean, couteous, and polite; decor was very basic. It was reasonably priced. I will make it a regular. Families and friends were in abundance. Definitely homey. Do again for sure. Very good food. Enough for a second or third meal. “The food is soooo good!I got chicken tikka masala with saffron basmati rice and garlic naan. The amount of garlic on that soft naan is any garlic lovers dream. Flavorful even on its own but of course taste even better with some chicken tikka masala. The chicken tikka is done so well too. The sauce is thiccccc and the flavor is just chefs kiss! Good amount of chicken in there and tender.Service is welcoming and friendly. I talked to a staff briefly when I picked up my food. She is incredibly nice.I did take out but took a picture of the beautiful environment. Love the decor and colors. I hope todine in one day.“

“This is a family owned restaurant in a shopping center at the corner of Greenback and Mariposa that does not get the traffic it deserves. I stopped in to give it a try, they advertise a $10 tri-tip lunch and I had to try this. The husband and wife team that own the restaurant could not have been nicer. Before I left Mr. Nimir asked if I had ever tried their rice and I explained, no this was my first visit so he had me wait and sent out a sample, I’m not a big rice eater but, that was the best rice I’ve ever had, it was just absolutely delicious for a simple dish like rice. Not to mention the tri-tip sandwiches were full of meat & vegetables on a soft roll. It was delicious as well. I highly, highly recommend this restaurant.“

“I don't even know what to say about Namaste foods other than I've never had anything that I didn't like from there. the food tastes wonderful. I was just at Sac Yard brewing where your truck was and had the samosas and the butter chicken fries and everything was hot fresh and tasty. the food is very gourmet tasting. fresh, hot and very well prepared!! I actually like it better than some of the fine establishments I've been to here locally. that's the best I can say to describe this truck. in this day and age of restaurants not seeming to care about their product this is a welcomed port in the proverbial storm! thank you Namaste Foods for caring! ❤️“

“A friend took me here. Everything we ordered was top notch: Rogan Josh, Chicken Mahkani, Naan, Mango Lassi, Chai Tea. I would gladly drive here from south sac just to eat here! The wuality of ingredients, the traditional methods of cookery, It was a wonderful experience which was only made better by the service which was attentive, and extremely friendly. “I am far from well versed when it comes to Indian food, But coming from someone who still has a lot to try this place was absolutely wonderful. The staff was nice and the flavor and spice of the lamb I got instantly made my day 10x better. The interior is nothing special but that's not why you'd come here. “This is my second time enjoying breakfast at this cute cafe; each time the breakfast was remarkable.My daughter and granddaughters thought the pancakes and waffles were stellar (my wife also thought the pancakes were exceptional a week later when we next visited).The menu has great variety, and there truly is something for everyone.The place is very clean with a slight "old-time" ambiance with nice little booths and a larger dining area too.The service is superb...the prices are fair, the place is quaint, the food delicious, and the staff very efficient and gracious...How could you go wrong?“

“Drove from Sacramento to experience some South Indian deliciousness and Boy! I was NOT disappointed!! Ordered the Appam, Chicken curry, Egg curry and Chicken kothu paratha. The appam and curries were perfectly spiced and reminiscent of my mom's home cooking. I had never had kothu paratha before and I could not recommend it more if you are a fan of parathas!! I will definitely be returning and totally worth the 30 minute drive for a taste of my Kerala roots!!“
