I came to this establishment expecting good things. I was severely mistaken, and will never return. I would also strongly encourage anyone to not bring their business here. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and was charged 20$ dollars. Pastrami sandwich is pictured with no alterations and was freshly unwrapped when picture was taken. Let the picture be a stern warning to not do business with this place.

I've been going to Gandolfos for years, and this might be my last visit.Potato salad is still awesome, but that's the only thing I would go in for.$20 for just a sandwich that isn't stacked with meat is just a deal breaker. I know everyone is trying to keep profits up, but the value just isn't there. Staff seems disengaged on the weekends.

I've never been to a deli in NY, so I can't tell you if it's authentic, but I can say that the food is great, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I especially recommend the French Dip and the Strawberry Mousse Cake. A-maz-ing!

Gandolfo's has delicious food. An extension menu with hot and cold subs, dogs, and pasta. A good selection of quality meats and cheeses, decent sides, and desserts. Gandolfo's is a great place for a quick bite to eat at a reasonable price. Only con is there booths seats need reinforcing, ya sink too low.
I use to come here all the time but I think it has sadly changed owners. My half sandwhich was $11 and wasn't any better then Subway. The bread was tough and old, you get half the meat you use to and the tomatos should have went in the trash the day before. Thier yankee noodle salad use to be so good but they have changed the recipe and not for the better. $50 on 2 half sandwhich combos and a sandwhich which were rubbish. I won't be back.

First time I’ve come to this place they are very welcoming. The young man Chris at the register was very knowledgeable and helpful when my wife and I were asking questions on the menu. The sandwich the taxi driver awesome and the pastrami on Rye was delicious will be back definitely. Love the atmosphere and the whole experience thank you so much.
