Would be a 5 but one of the girls at the front was very rude to me and refused to make my drink properly because it was made incorrectly. And went back and fourth with me for about 5 minutes before I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was not there. I then asked to speak to The other employee (her name is alani) was extremely sweet and said the other girl was wrong on store policy and kindly remade my drink.
