The employees here hardly ever greet you ive had several situations where I've been in the store for nearly 10 minutes before I'm even acknowledged customer service is not at a premium at this location kinda hate having to stop here sometimes teach your employees to smile and greet customers cause outside of one really sweet tall white girl they suck at it here

Staff is friendly. The shop is clean and tidy. They have a variety of great drink choices. The mango drink is delicious. They also have a protein shake. Overall it was a great experience coming here!

Hate to give such a negative review but this one's necessary. Came in earlier in the week to purchase a $10 gift card for my son (for Valentine's Day). Went in today to use it and was told there was no funds on it because the cashier had trouble running the card through the reader. When I'd said I just purchased it a few days ago, she said I should come back to speak to her manager but couldn't tell me when he'd be in again. I checked the gift card balance online and sure enough, it said there was a $10 balance so we went back in line and asked her to enter the payment manually. She did! I mean... this was an effort she could've made to begin with. Then, we waited 30 min for a drink that she didn't print the ticket for so it wasn't made until I asked what was taking so long. Yikes! Do better, Juice It Up! We used to enjoy coming here.

Would be a 5 but one of the girls at the front was very rude to me and refused to make my drink properly because it was made incorrectly. And went back and fourth with me for about 5 minutes before I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was not there. I then asked to speak to The other employee (her name is alani) was extremely sweet and said the other girl was wrong on store policy and kindly remade my drink. Later after my drink was fixed the new girl came up to me and stated she was new and apologized.

I'd stay away from the Açaí bowls unless you're looking for a smoothie in a bowl. Service was ok. Definitely not welcoming. I'll take my business elsewhere but at least I tried

I just went into this juice it up not even 5 minutes ago and when i first received my drink it was already watered down. I didn't know i asked for juice. I ordered a lucky lemon punch with whey protein and it was overly blended, not even a smoothie. I order my sister a mango mania and hers was a smoothie. Of course I'm going to drink it because I'm not going to waste my money. However, just wasn't happy of the quality of the drink.

Love their Mango Mania with orange sherbet, lightly sweet and refreshing. Dont forget pretzel with butter and salt.

I love the juice selection at Juice It Up! However, it's happened on numerous occasions that the people behind the counter refuse to take my order of one (1) juice claiming they stop making juices at 6:20 pm, 6:32 pm, and 6:45 pm when the sign indicates they close at 7:00 pm. Nekter and Roebeks never refuse to make a juice even at 5 minutes before closing. After another rejected order, I've decided to stop going to Juice It Up! even when it's the closest to me. I'm not sure if the manager knows their employees are refusing to make fresh juices well before closing time, but I recommend they make it very public that they will not make you a fresh order an hour before closing time. It's such a shame. Worst customer service and bad business acumen.

Showed up 715pm today BIG sign on door with hours--closes at 730 but the doors were locked and kid inside would even look at door! So does 730 mean 730ish or?

Ordered 3 things, vital protein smoothie, cold brew açaí bowl and an immuna-C bowl. The first two were great, blended well, very good. The immuna-c bowl however had huge chunks of ice in it making it unedible. I'ma have to let it thaw all the way then refreeze it. So idk what happened but you guys gotta blend that immuna-c bowl a little better. Thanks
