Ordered the "spicy" chicken sandwich, ghost pepper fries, baked potatoe and chili (I was going big for lunch).First, the service was courteous enough but they didn't ask me if I wanted any ketchup, ranch, or anything. I was also hurried along so I didn't feel like I had a chance to ask. The spicy chicken sandwich: lots to be improved. Not spicy and not really flavorful. Service to get food was slow. Food was cold especially the French fries. They were out of Coke and ketchup. I used to always eat here and loved their hamburgers. This has really gone down hill. Not worth the money. McDonald's is better.

We always love Wendy's but they are watering down the chile. I hope this will be corrected. Need some music. Brought my grandkids thought atmosphere would be better. Service was great.
