Went to Wendy’s drive-through ordered a fish sandwich with nothing on it just the bread. I received a fish sandwich with cheese chicken back and requested the fish sandwich with nothing on it again this time I got a fish sandwich with cheese, pickles, mayonnaise, and lettuce.

Did not get a receipt in the bag. The frosty was literally water, just completely liquid. The fries were cold. Half the lettuce in my salad was slimey and brown, a good amount of the apples were so old they were clear and bendy, and the chicken was rubber. But to top it all off my burger was so raw it was not pink but red in spots. My fiancé was so hungry they ate their burger without noticing if it was as well. Never received such a bad order from anywhere. $30 wasted and now I'm eating cereal.

The associates rather play and have fun here instead of their service. ordered 2 meals in the drive thru, they ask me to wait in the front where there are no other cars in line behind me, waited 10 to 15 min to get my food and it was all cold, so F'ing annoying, quit hiring kids 10:30
Your biscuits are great and your employee helped with the app, but your coffee is the worse, I believe your employee need better training on brewing.

We always love Wendy's but they are watering down the chile. I hope this will be corrected. Need some music. Brought my grandkids thought atmosphere would be better. Service was great.
First they gave me the wrong food. I didnt realize until i got home. I called and the manager was very nice. Told me come back and they will give me my whole order over. So i did. As im driving i reach in for my burger and after 2 bites i realize its cold. Why would a burger i just got be cold to where the bun is hard?!. The fries were the worse. Cold. Old. They say their fries are the best . These were the worse. Its always something with this wendys. Its so frustrating.

Worst service at this location. They make you wait on purpose at the order screen so they have a chance to fulfill the order in front of you, which they still tell to go wait on the side parking lot. I waited 10 mins on the side. There was other people waiting as well and they lock their dining room so you can go in. One other customer was already upset because won’t only did they make him wait, but the order was wrong. Smh…

Ordered the "spicy" chicken sandwich, ghost pepper fries, baked potatoe and chili (I was going big for lunch).First, the service was courteous enough but they didn't ask me if I wanted any ketchup, ranch, or anything. I was also hurried along so I didn't feel like I had a chance to ask. The spicy chicken sandwich: lots to be improved. Not spicy and not really flavorful. Ghost pepper fries: tasted like freezer burn and were undercooked. So much so that I threw them in my air fryer when I got home and they still tasted terrible. Baked potato: can't complain it's a baked potato. They provided sour cream and butter, so that was nice, but be ready to add salt and pepper. Chili: surprisingly good! Recommend grabbing some. All in all, not going back.
