“I picked up an apple galette from Bonnie's yesterday evening and it was delicious! Homemade crust--had a bit of a bite which I love because I don't want a soggy galette. The apples also had a bit of a bite as they were not overcooked. I served it with vanilla bean ice cream; it was to die for! I believe she makes a pear galette as well-- I'll try that one next time.”
