Youd be standing for minutes at the front and you are being completely ignored, especially, the male dt order taker, the male manager never smiles, the other crew like the black young guy the same, he would go back n forth doing something but wont acknowledge you at all. I was a gral mgr in a fast food, started as a cashier promoted all the way to managerial so i know what im talking about. Thats it. Just more training pls“

“This place is cute and quaint. The food and drinks were above average. The Smashburger is probably one of the best smash burgers I’ve had. Simple yet perfect. Crunchy bits around the edge of the meat a little bit of lettuce and handmade special sauce that put it over the top. The late night fries were a must. Lots of special sauce and made with love.

“I stopped in to grab some lunch and noticed they had one of my favorite dishes on their menu. Camarones Ala Diabla, so I thought I'd give it a try since everything I've ever ordered from this place has always been delicious. Well I was not disappointed, there were plenty of shrimp in a spicy red sauce, served with rice, beans and tortillas. The sauce was very tasty without overwhelming me. Definitely going back for this dish and so much more!“

“The food is really good! I keep going with the intent of getting Chicago dog, but see other great options on the menu! El Blazing Pollo sandwich very tasty, although you need extra napkins! Half order of fries is plenty for 3 people, and come in several topper options. Atmosphere is basic, they do have wine and beer available. It is a no frills place for quality food! Try the grilled baja shrimp tacos!!! Staff is friendly.“

“The service at this location is top of the line. The closing manager on Sunday was awesome. He is very courteous, attentive, and ensures that his workers are also the same. He does it in a great way. Food was also great. Customization was observed (no pickles). Will be back.“

“Stopped by just for a shake as Ive had them at other locations and have enjoyed. The location is nice and was very clean. Appeared everyone was in the back working which resulted in everyone that came in to utilize the self serve kiosks. Menu is fairly expansive with decent options. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. My shake was out fairly quickly and the team member was nice when bringing the shake. Prices are standard for other shake shacks I've been too. Worth the stop if your in the area and wanting something cold!“

With breakfast served all day, I had no worries of what my meal was going to be when I arrived around 11amPST at this location. Scratch made breakfast is what was on for me so I had their over easy eggs, 3 of them, with 4 slices of bacon and their delicious hash browns and topped it off with sour dough toast and unlimited coffee! I was too hungry to take an image but take my word for it...it was dang good! With 4 locations in the area, give this wonderful gem of a restaurant a try.“

“My last experience at an Applebee's was over a year ago in Sparks Nevada and it was poor. So it's been a while and what a pleasant surprise, today it was perfect. I needed dinner and this restaurant was close to my location so I ordered online with my phone for Curbside to go. I arrived for my pick up and our server immediately cane out to greet me. The food came out right on time, it was hot, prepared perfectly and 100% complete. The manager even poked her head in and said and asked if I needed anything. Wow what a difference. We ordered the Burbone chicken and shrimp along with the Riblet platter. Thank you to both our server, manager and cooks.“

After I finished I saw a plate of pancakes go past and I indulged some more and my only regret was my lung pressing against my at capacity stomach. Worth it. Try the pancakes. Yall do great work here. Laura I wanna say it was Laura or Linda definitely an L name is a great member of your staff. On the spot friendly and warm. Anyone can be fake friendly. I dont even like going to this section of Palm Desert due to entitled drivers, traffic, and other trivial nuisance however when I am and I'm in the mood for continental diner food I enjoy eating here.
