“Our hosts were Luis and Isaiah and they were simply wonderful and very attentive. Got a surprise treat from the chef. Food was delicious! Was our first time attending this restaurant and we have already picked out our next meal for the next visit. Highly recommend if you're looking for an upscale place to enjoy.“

“We dine here all the time but this last Thursday our server was Melissa and her service was outstanding. We even brought it to the attention of the Manager Chance who was very friendly and welcoming. She was also very friendly & fast. Food was delicious. We will definitely be returning for our usual; steak bowl & filet mignon.“

“This restaurant is simply one of the top 5 in the Coachella Valley. I sincerely hesitate to provide his review because sometimes its's hard to get a reservation. The ambiance, food and music are superb. The Chilean seabass was excellent as was all the apps and other dinners that my companions had. The Salmon, seafood pasta. etc. The old fashion, delectable. We were there to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary with some old neighbors . They drove in from LA and accommodated us by moving back the reservation by a half her due to traffic. the dessert and the music capped off a perfect evening. We have been going here for years and you just can find a better dining experience.“

“Visiting Palm Springs for our wedding Anniversary/ Babymoon and decided to have a nice steakhouse dinner. Given it's a Monday night, we called and got a reservation within the hour. Nester was our server and he was fantastic! He had great recommendations, he made us laugh and he was very attentive along with his dinner assistant. We had the special of the night which was a NY Strip and then we also ordered the king crab legs. Both were amazing and we were so happy with our selection. To top it off, Nester ended our night with a complimentary dessert!“

“We had a lovely time. The service was wonderful and the steak was cooked to perfection. Had a nice ribeye that we split. Unfortunately the brussels sprouts just didn't do it for us. Undercooked and unusual flavor. They were very kind and comped the brussels sprouts. Overall a great meal and we will most likely return on next visit to the desert. “

“We were in the Palm Springs area and decided to pay this place a visit. We ordered 2 appetizers each and 2 mains. We had 2 escargot, french onion soup and a wedge salad. These were all very good. The escargot garlicky, buttery and hot. The French onion soup really good cheesy and flavorful. The wedge salad fresh crispy lettuce and very good. Our mains were 8oz Filet and grilled shrimp pasta. I believe the food runnner didn't know we had 2 appetizers because he brought out our mains while we were still enjoying them. Unfortunately when he realized we were still eating our appetizers he took our food back to the kitchen and put it in a warmer or heat light. When we were ready for our mains he returned the original order he brought out earlier. Which means my mid-rare Filet was now a medium cooked steak. My companions pasta was a bit stiff on top but he took the bread butter and mixed it up with the warm pasta underneath to soften it he said that kind of fixed it for him. When I was able to flag the food runner down and showed him the steak he immediately said that's medium and took it back and the wait staff brought out a mid-rare steak right away. Other than that the service was excellent and the food good. The overall ambiance of the place was nice and comfortable, unfortunately, and not the restaurants fault, we were seated next to a group of people that had that one loud constant talker. That kind of ruins the atmosphere. Overall a good experience and will probably return when in the area.“

“I was more amazed with the service here than the food to be honest. All was good, but our server really made us happy with our visit. We had a server named Keri who really showed her appreciation for us and made sure we were taken care of after having to wait to be seated. We were in for lunch and she guided us through the menu and really helped us pick what was guided to our needs. Although they were busy, we were made sure we were taken care of.“

“We arrived for a birthday celebration and were treated warmly by the hostesses. When our birthday girl decided that she wanted to the bar area instead of the dining room the hostesses were very accommodating. Our server Destiny was great and timely attentive. Much to our delight the birthday girl's name was printed at the top of the menu. We ended up closing the place down. We love coming to this Mastro's for their warmth and hospitality. “We love Riccio's. Top-notch service and food. The staff always takes great care of us, whether we are there with our noisy kids or bringing friends from out of town. Veal Marsala, lobster ravioli, Linguine Putanesca, Veal Piccata are among our favorites. And the coldest, biggest Martinis in the entire Coachella Valley!“

I love great service, which is the only reason I might return to perhaps try something other than steak maybe.The sirloin was chewy, broccoli was almost raw broccoli and very bland, zero flavor. The small shrimp was just okay & the dipping sauce was strange.My son had ribs (good bbq sauce & tender) & a very mediocre steak Same boring broccoli, he enjoyed the mashed potatoes.Fyi the potato soup was very tasty!Korie and staff at front door, warm & welcoming.And I gave 5 stars only to the team.Used to love Outback, what the heck happened to flavor & quality?“

“The food was great, and I was pleased they had vegetarian options. While the maitre D was wonderful, our waiter was a little casual and rushing us along too much. This was a VERY fancy restaurant by our standards, and while the waiter was adequate, his casual demeanor and accelerated pace were not what we expected or wanted. Overall a positive experience though – although my bank account might disagree.“
