“Every trip to the Agua Caliente Resort in Rancho Mirage is a great trip. The Waters Cafe has many delicious meals for every taste. The service is always prompt and friendly. The laid back upscale cafe atmosphere is very comfortable as you enjoy your meal. They also have a full bar attached, if you want to enjoy your meal there. The resort has all the upscale amenities you'd expect from a luxury resort and they do not disappoint.“

“Went to Palm Springs for dinner and came across The Front Porch with good reviews on google maps and we know why it’s so highly rated after trying. The atmosphere, food and staff service were amazing! We were served by Justin who is extremely friendly and makes us feel very welcomed. His recommendations were all on point and we have to recommend them as well. The baked Brie, beef carpaccio, shrimp ceviche and tuna Ahi lettuce wraps coupled with their amazing cocktails. The prices in this restaurant are also extremely affordable given the quality ingredients that they served. Will totally recommend this place if you’re in Palm Springs and you will definitely not forget“

“Finally nabbed a reservation just to find out what all the hype was about. Well it’s for real! Bar Cecil delivered! Ollie (sp?) was our server and she was great! We tried the caviar - which comes with a vodka shot - and it was delicious. Went on to classic Steak/frites. The steak was delicious and prepared exactly to our different specifications. The fries were great, just the right amount of seasoning. We had their raspberry and merengue dessert. Nice selection of wine as well.The atmosphere was convivial and all the wait staff was friendly. “This beautiful restaurant was nothing but amazing in every way! We ordered the calamari as an appetizer, absolutely delicious. The spicy marinara sauce was such a great match. We shared a Caesar salad and the dressing was one of the best I've had. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. I asked for a recommendation and it did not disappoint! “We had just flown into Palm Springs so were looking for a light dinner close to our condo. The Cantina had pretty good food although we were fortunate to catch happy hour prices. Even then, a small street taco was $5. It’ll probably take me a while to get used to CA prices again although being part of the Saguaro hotel likely didn’t help. Not sure we’ll go back but it was an overall good experience.“

I ordered the Frittata and it was delicious, had just the right amount of vegetables without being overwhelming. “It's the best restaurant in El Paseo. The food is fresh and tasty. Our waitress, the one with a pretty makeup, did a great job on the suggestions. We got Chicken Screws, Empanadas, Ahi, and beet salad.The blond girl did check on our table often. On Saturday night at 6 pm, there wasn't a single empty chair available. “Located in the Caliente Tropic resort. Same building as the reef but more low key and better lighting. Walk through Gauchos restaurant and arrive at Le Fern. If your lucky you get a seat at the bar and get to talk with Matty. No draft beers but beer offerings are kept cold and provided with chilled glass. We enjoyed Mattys company and listening to his stories about past work lifes. We also ordered calamari which I would pass on next time. Was expecting rings and got calamari in shape of tootsie roll. All in all a very nice time and place to have a beverage or two.“

“Great gay bar with nightly live entertainment! We’re not big into the bar/club scene, so don’t go out downtown often. One Eleven is our new favorite bar, they have several really great drag shows every week and they mix up their performers. Lots of girls from Drag Race perform here. We usually get a table and bring a small group with us and Dennis and Rick keep our drinks full. Terrific service and even better entertainment! Make sure you check out Vanity Halston’s show on Friday nights!“

“This was our first time at Jake's. I was hesitant about going because I didn't want to spend that much money on an entree but the food was so delicious it was worth the price. I had the Seabass & my husband had the meatloaf. We shared the Miami vice salad as a starter and the carrot cake for dessert. Didn't have any drinks so can't comment there. The Seabass was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. Perfect portion. My husband loved the meatloaf. The picture doesn't do it any justice. They brought complimentary bread rolls (one each). The slice of cake is large & definitely for sharing & worth trying. It's a small restaurant with most of the seating on the side patio. Our reservation was at 5:30 in April & some of the tables still had partial sun. Our server Alexia was very attentive. I would love to go back. We brought our dog & they gave him water & treats.“

There is so much to see and something for every one, you'll need to come back more. Best to go midweek when not so crowded and volunteer guides are almost one on one. So informative on history, rare displays and best aviation collection anywhere. Monthly flyoits to keep some babies running, flower drops, FUN events. Great Gift shop anytime for a present. Now if only the cafe/bar could be set up inside of a big plane looking outside... with service by Stewardesses in 1st Class sections!“

But when in PS there aren’t a lot of options for fine dining so I gave it another try…and enjoyed the food. Workshop feels less glamorous and more “accessible” (baseball hats, kids, tank tops, etc) than in years past but we enjoyed our meal - the gnocchi and pork chop in particular.
