Ordered 5 wraps only two had sauce and it was maybe a few drops, called to make the manager aware and he swore he watched them put it. If you want 20$ an hour at least make the food correct or when a customer calls to complain don’t try and gaslight them.

Typical Carl's jr, but having cars pull around front to wait when no one's in the drive thru is annoying. Not to mention when they mix up the orders to the few waiting out front. Just unnecessary and adds more margin for error. Better off walking inside.

They have a bait and switch method of getting as many twenty dollar bills out of each person who dines there kids included they advertise $7.99 for two of their big burgers and then they charge 12.99 for one order of fries and one drink they are price gougers and rip offs they overcharged for everything just to keep their money and do not care about quality or the customer my family and friends will never eat there again
