Today I had a very good experience at this. Carl’s Jr. location in Redding, California. The drive-through staff were really helpful and very generous. I’ve been coming here for years and appreciate the good food.

Horrible, they serve old food. Hard buns, cold meat, unmelted cheese. This has happened multiple times at this location. They don't care.Update: 2 yrs later I decide to go back and see if the food's gotten any better. Here's the picture. SMH One day somebody will get it right. My real question is, would the employees eat this if they made it for themselves? We all know the answer. So why the heck would they serve it? Come on GM get your team together.

The food was fresh but I did not like to play Tetris with my biscuit. And the employee Serena w. was very unprofessional. We went through the drive-thru. She's very rude. And the wait time for one person in front of us was ridiculous. 10 plus minutes in the drive-thru to wait. I would have gave it higher rating but the service was ridiculous and overpriced. And the drive-thru board was a little misleading. Very good place to go if you want fresh food and poor service

The guy at the window argued with me when i asked for a Cookies and Cream, and they gave me a Vanilla shake. food is still mid, and the atmosphere is kinda

My honest review is it was horrible. The people were very rude and disrespectful. A coworker was blasting their tiktok while a kid was present. I got a breakfest biscuit sausage sandwich. The biscuit was dry and crumbby and was overall bad.Kid-friendliness: They were blasting inappropriate tiktok videos.

This is probably the worst excuse for any food service in all of Shasta County just went through got an order of fries order of waffle fries there was only one single solitary whole waffle fry in the whole damn order they can't even do fries right the bums outside are cleaner than this place the Mills that own it should be

I just wanted to give a shout out to Crystal at the Westwood village location! Thank you Crystal for an awesome drive thru experience. Your customer service was amazing. When I say amazing I mean polite , professional, and just genuine. As crazy as that sounds to some, we're on a fast food trip and haven't always had the best experiences when ordering through the drive thrus. Today Carl's jr, because of crystal and her team today, they will continue to get our business. And not to mention, the breakfast burritos were on point and delicious. Thanks guys !
