The drive through employees were very nice.Thank you for working. We can all care for Earth, environment, each other by limiting our plastic use. Stop accepting straws, plastic lids, and plastics bags. Try to Limit animal meat consumption ?. The atmosphere outside is a glimpse into the excessive demand for plastic use. Please recycling and care. ❤️

Gotta say as far as food goes, It's McDonalds, everything was on point and same as always. Now with the service it's good, but overall I gave it 4 stars because they are pushing the kiosk and app instead of a cashier. IMO, when I go out to eat I would much rather have a human help me instead of a screen.

Chinsy....hard to figure out what to order anymore so I usually get the over priced fish sandwich with half a piece of cheese on it and throw away one of the buns yucky buns empty of nutritional value ?my last review was before my husband was disabled, he likes to eat their food even now, I went though the drive through after church yesterday and ordered my husband's quarter pounder with cheese meal medium with a Dr pepper and also two cheeseburgers, two double cheeseburgers,a six piece chicken mc nuggets and another large fry for my grandchildren and a medium chocolate shake for my son and nothing for myself because I obviously can't afford to eat there and it came to 36$ and change and after assuring me of the quality and quantity of their five dollar an order french fries they obviously took some fries and recooked them in the oil enough to burn them enough to where my husband could not chew them refused to refund my money or replace them after I called the restaurant..... My husband Still wants me to get him his lunch there...be careful when they hand you your "to go" bag of food because when you get it home they aren't going to replace or refund for their shoddy service and won't give you any ketchup for their five dollar fries and they certainly don't feel obligated to provide napkins after paying 36$

One of the few McDonald's experiences that was positive. They didn't mess up the order, and it actually tasted edible.
Something is definitely going on here, whether it be a shortage of staff or otherwise. Out of all Redding locations, it’s actually crazy how slow this place is - especially drive-thru service.I have complete respect for the workers here as they’ve always been super kind and friendly, and apologetic for wait times. I definitely think the delays fall on management here. There have been times where I pull up to the window within an hour and a half of closing and would be sat at the speaker for 5-6 minutes. Another 10 minutes at the second window without anyone even greeting me. It’s blatantly obvious when a crew prioritizes closing over customers.This is the closest location for me but I now often find myself going to the Churn Creek location. Even their rushes are handled much more quickly.This restaurant is always kept clean though and as mentioned, staff is always kind and upbeat. They just seem to have extreme difficulty with rushes, as their drive-thru line will get so backed up that people who have ordered are sitting at the screen for another 5-6 minutes unable to move and let them take more orders.Also, parking lot is incredibly tight and difficult. You’re better off parking closer to Dollar Tree. I would advise against using the front parking lot as their drive-thru line gets severely backed up quite often and you will get trapped in your spot.Parking: Parking lot is incredibly tight and difficult. Audrey is the cashier/window person and this place Never has the strawberry creme pies ready and always has 3 cars waiting and still has me go wait in a parking spot and food proceeds to come out cold not coming back to this one fs

Absolutely the worst and filthiest mcdonalds I've ever seen cockroaches in the lobby and needles and junkies on the sidewalk even if you go trough drive through they most likely will not get your order right and definitely won't be

I went to order my food at 12:11pm and I got my order at 12:25pm the lady came out ask me what my order was and even told me you got bumped and they didn't even offer me anything for how long and bumping me plus I paid for large and got small
