Went to pick up a pizza and the prices increased along with the pizza having barely any toppings on a quarter of the pizza.

Gotta say Papa Murphy's really bummed me out today. I had a big dinner and diet cheat day planned. I ordered online and had my dad pick up my order since he was in town. They didn't give him a receipt and 3 of the 5 items I ordered were missing. When I called there was no apology, no anything. She just asked me to list off all of the missing items. I had to specifically ask for a refund on the missing items as they were suggesting I drive back even after telling them I live an hour away. I would definitely recommend going to the other location. As a side note I would also not recommend the new calzones. Even after adding 2 additional toppings they are very small. Their pizzas are a much better value. I am adding a photo of the calzone $9 and a photo of the calzone as compared to the one topping stuffed crust $19.50.

I go out of the way to go to the location on cypress. We a took a chance today hoping things might have have improved...it hasn't. Our pizza is always lacking ingredientsor are wrong at Lake Blvd location. Today they charged us extra for asking for white sauce instead of red sauce for our mini murphy. Then had to waited half and hour for the pizza when there was no one else there. The customer service is really pretty.... This is the worst Papa murphy's location. If you can go some where else or go across the street little Caesar

I went to the papa Murphys on lake Blvd and I ordered a pepperoni with pineapple and it had no pineapple and then i ordered a cowboy with no mushrooms because i am allergic to them and they put mushrooms on it worst service ever.

Love the staff! They know my name and make me beautiful pizzas with an abundance of ingredients to make a filling delicious meal every Tuesday night.
Friendly employees and always fresh ingredients on made to order pizzas. I call my orders in and they are ready when I walk in since I live 5 minutes away. You can use EBT cards too!!
Love the pizza family size stuff Chicago is a way to go always like Take and Bake

Don't go here on at I went 1/10 night Peyton doesn't get my order right then doesn't even try to fix it just tells me well no we are closing lights of already and everything 10 min to 8 pm I'll just go to cypress from now on
