Staff was friendly but was overwhelmed. Not sure if lack of experience or other issues but it seems like fast food should not be this complicated for the employees.

Just unbelievably, they have a special right now 1/4 pound fried shrimp for $2.99 with no sides nothing just the shrimp. Prior to Thanksgiving I would order it with a piece of chicken so tonight they still advertising that shrimp special. The clerk tells me that management told him it's only available upon ordering a combo meal. Told him that's not what your advertising sign said it clearly states $2.99 for 1/4lb shrimp only. The clerk refused to sell it to me which is total BS. I usually eat there 2x per week well guess what never again. KFC is right around the corner and if your going to advertise a special then sell it as is. Just lost a good customer over false advertisement and some manager trying to pocket money. One other note in the pass ordering through drive through I always have to drive and park out front and wait for my order. Some of the clerks don't know how to multi task as well. It's called a drive thur for a reason..!

This Popeyes just set the bar very high. This restaurant was the best in customer service that I have experienced in all of Redding, the manager I believe her name was christi and the other employee Antoni, we're the most professional and respectful, restaurant employees I have ever met, they deserve a raise, seriously. They are the perfect example of a great employee and I can't wait to come back to experience this kind a great service again.

Not a bad place at all, i've had a few times where the chicken has been overcooked and its kind of stringy and hard, but majority of the time the food is really good. Popeyes has one of the best chicken sandwiches out of any place. Crispy, juicy and great price. The outside of this location is a bit dirty but it gets the job done!

There is la lady that works there that is very disrespect full does not know how to deal with customers asked her if strawberry lemon aid was blended or not and she couldnt give a straight awnser about the strawberry lemonaid. Took 15 mins to take our order then when she did take our order messed it up by charging us $13.99 for a $2.99 shrimp. Then when we got to window she way yelling and cussing at me cause I told her I didnt want drink. Asked for money back or to talk to manager she refused to get the manager and threw money at meParking: N/A

All the employees were handling the food with no gloves. Physically touching the meat the fries and packaging them up. I ask for my drink to be filled because their front machine is completely out of everything. To then be told that their machine is out in the back and they don't have any "soda" peoducts.When I brought to the attention of them touching the food by hand, and me requesting for a refund. I was laughed at and told no and handed my food and the manager walked away. I highly recommend to not eat here for everyone's safety and health. He's not wearing gloves, as the other employee is opening up the bag putting in family bundled food. This was at 3: 33pm on the 5th of November 2022, there was no traffic and no one in the store whatsoever for it to be busy at all for customers.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!I LITERALLY WATCHED THE ENTIRE STAFF WEARING NO GLOVES, SCOOPING THE FRIES TOUCHING THEM WITH THE HANDS, CLOSING THE BOXES, GRABING THE CHICKEN MEATS AND EVERYTHING!!!!I have pictures as well.

I realize this isn't fine dining but come on. I think they served me Cornish game hen thighs. Which if cooked right might have been fine. However these were so dry I threw them away.

Yesterday, 10/6/22 we pulled in with a boat on our truck. My hubby went to the door right at 10 to order food for the fishing trip on Whiskeytown Lake. He had to knock on the door after they were supposed to be open. Finally the gal comes to the door and said they are running late and cannot serve any food. Nothing is ready, nothing is on. This was 10:05. He came back to the truck. Told us what happened. But our grandson looked up and saw someone leaving the drive through. My hubby waved at her and asked if she had gotten food. She said yes! She bought chicken sandwiches. We have no idea why they lied but our assumption is they were lazy? The dining room wasn't clean? Smoking weed? We certainly won't go back. We are contacting corporate. If I were the owner and they turned customers away at ten I would be so mad they all would be fired. Why stay open and pay them to turn away customers? No food =No pictures

I ordered a coupon special that offered 5 pieces of chicken 2 sides and 2 biscuits. The pic showed breast, 2 legs, a wing, and a thigh. I asked for Cajun rice, they had none nor did the have Cajun fries. The box of chicken was old and overdone. 3 wings 1 breast and an undefined.

It was the worst place ever ,we paid 40 dollars for our order and they for got a fry and s biscuit in one of our orders and we were one of the only 2 customers that were there ,I would hate to see if ty hey were busy .

Stopped in here because we were desperate. It got late and we had no time to cook. So disappointed. There was a special flashing on the electronic menu, yet when we ordered it the shift manager said the promotion was over. Then he spent 8 minutes on the phone trying to call the manager and then the district manager. To his credit, after he couldn't reach management, he gave us the special as that was the correct thing to do, since the special was still on the menu. The location was out of spicy chicken, rice, and coleslaw. We ordered a gallon of iced tea and they gave us three large soda cups of tea as they were out of the gallon containers. When it was time to pay the employee told me the card system was set up for voice recognition and you have to say "debit or credit". He sat there and waited for a response, before saying "Oh, hey, I'm just kidding. Gotta have fun somehow!" This is no way to run a business. No wonder we were the only customers in the restaurant during the 45 minutes we were there waiting for our take out.

Went through drive thru EXTREMELY rude customer service, food was just thrown in a plastic bag that was too big.

Order $70 worth of food. Everything was hot and they added a little extra. The workers there are very hospital and friendly. While I waited for a bit because they decided to make everything fresh since it was a large order, I enjoyed my time spent in the lobby. The chicken was so crispy and you could see the steam coming off of it. My frozen lemonade was sweet and divine. The potatoes were so flavorful and the nuggets... OMG crispy and juicy and full of seasoning. 10/10 would recommend.

Would never come here again. Chicken is never ready when you order. If i wanted to wait over 15 mins for my food id go to a dine in. Go to kfc instead. Hence fast food. When i asked the employee why it always take so long to get the food out he said unless you want raw chicken it takes 12 mins to to cook them. Smh
