Wow. What a disappointment. Normally get great pizza and don't mind paying for it. Tonight was a disaster. Ordered an extra large pepperoni with half pineapple. Looks like we got a burnt large pizza on a thin crust. We did not order thin crust. Normally we had roundtable delivery drivers who came to the door with hot pizza. Tonight was a dash delivery person who left the pizza outside. We did not know it was delivered till we got a text. Pizza was Stone cold. Pizza was so bad first time in my life I could not eat a pizza. No more roundtable for us if they have gone to door dash and cook burnt pizza.

I could not see spending $100 on 2 pizzas and some wings. Their pizza is good, but not that good. The guy behind the counter was condescending and had a "holier than thou" attitude. Needless to say, I went right down the hill to Pizza Factory, their pizza is just as good, customer service was way better, and the price was a LOT less. I'm not saying I'll never get Round Table again, their specialty pizzas are really good, but I'll most likely drive a couple extra miles to get it from another location.

We had a pizza fundraiser for our non profit organization at this location and plan on repeating!The staff and management made us feel welcome and spent a lot of time and effort to make this party awesome!The food is always on point and this night was no different.I highly recommend this location for your pizza cravings ????

Pizza is always amazing at Round Table, and when dine in, service is also usually amazing - but order for delivery, and you can almost guarantee that it will not be correct; and that’s either using the app, or calling in. The receipt is correct, but the order is not.

The pizza was horrible didn't even taste like Round Table pizza we spent almost $400 on pizza wings salads and drinks I had to ask them to put salad in the salad bar because it was empty definitely recommend going to a different location we went there for dinner with 16 family members and everyone thought it was horrible!

First off I'd like to shine some sunlight on Chelly, the manager at this location. She went above and beyond and really turned a bad experience into a wonderful one. I'm sure, like a lot of you, you find yourselves rushing to leave a review when things are either really, really good, or just as bad. Because let's face it, impressions, be it good or bad, have a huge impact. But I just experienced an encounter I don't think I'll ever forget. And made me completely 180 my review rating. And maybe even my opinions on humanity. Lol I posted this afternoon about a pretty insulting experience I had with an order I placed. To put a lighter spin on the tale, let's just say the food seemed to have shrank on its way over (lol) . Needless to say, I was pretty upset, but being Lunch Rush, I wasn't going to give much time trying to fix the problem... mostly because people now-a-days just don't care. It seems you're more likely to get a song and dance about why the order is the way it is, or made to feel like it was somehow your fault (not pointing at Round Table here, but food service in general). It really makes most people feel like the only thing they can do is post their experience and avoid going to that place again. So after an embarrassingly short time spent trying to fix this, I gave up and went straight for the review and was just going to put it behind me. Talk about getting shocked twice in one day - But this time in a wonderfully good way! I got a personal phone call from the big boss (Chelly), and she was exceptionally sweet. She apologized and explained exactly what had happened. Never ONCE did she make me feel belittled or unimportant. When she says she cares, it's not just words. She went above and beyond IMHO. Not only did she take time out of her schedule to find me and fix what had happened, she did it in a way that would melt even the coldest of hearts. If this is any indication of how this store is going to be run, look out other pizza places, Chelly is going to give you a run for your money. I know there are some negative reviews on here for this location, but a little birdy told me it's got a great new leader and is holding itself to a higher standard. So, if you can, put a little faith in this place and give it a try (or a second chance). And don't do what I did. If something is wrong, Give them a friendly call. This place cares about the customers, not just the bottom line. Thank you for the outstanding experience!

Dylan is awesome! Left a note saying he made our pizza with love and he did not lie! Pizza was definitely made with love. After my husband and I working all day and grabbing our exhausted kid from school, this note made dinner special! Even if it was just a take out pizza!
The 2 people who were the only staff there, were very nice. The problems we had were the flies everywhere, and the salad bar. Several of the items we put on our salads were spoiled. We had purchased 2 of the lunch deal, salad bar with 3 bread sticks for 9.99, plus 2 pizzas. They refunded the salad bar deals, but then charged us for the bread sticks at regular price. We didn't even want the bread sticks. They just came with salad deal. The prices at this place are outrageous!!! The pizza was good, but not much toppings, and definitely not worth the prices they charge. The flies kept landing on it as we were trying to eat. The only reason we came to this restaurant is because it was my son's birthday and he chose it. We had a pretty good experience there 2 years ago. We will not be going there again.

It'll be a cold day in Hell before this restaurant gets my order right. Never fails, and the quality of the food is suffering as well. They never have delivery drivers, so now deliveries are thru DD. The aggravation isn't worth the money.

Can't make a pizza correctly at this location. Don't order from here unless you like missing toppings and bad service. I called (calmly) to get a refund and the worker hung up on me. I used to really enjoy Round Table, but I'm done being a customer.
