We L❤️VE Redlands but I think this place could do better. It’s not the cleanest I’ve been in (floor was filthy), the team members appear to be ”new” lots of do-overs. Mobile app for this location shows that most drinks “weren’t sold here”… yet our orders were filled. I get it, they’re busy but I guess I just expect more from Starbucks.

Went on a busy Saturday and drinks were sitting on the back counter for 15 minutes for my mobile pickup. Did not taste good at all. Not coming back to this Starbucks looks nicer outside than inside. I suggest going through the drive thru as that was getting more attention.

This is one of the nicest Starbucks located in the Redlands (and Loma Linda) area. I have only been in the drive-thru and never inside - but my order quality has been consistent every time. Really good customer service too! I like that it's right next to the Tesla supercharger station. I subtracted one star because the drive-thru/parking lot situation is tricky when it's busy. They may start running into the "Redlands chik-fil-a" issue in the future where cars spilled into the main Street.

Just had the best customer service experience at this location. Tamia and Lanie were the sweetest! They both greeted me with smiles and offered an alternative to a pastry that was sold out. Tamia beautiful bright smile could light up a room. Thanks ladies for making my experience an enjoyable one!

Savana should learn not to make ugly faces of disgust to customers when they ask for a different drink after she tells them that they don’t have the toppings for it. I’m top of that not even a sorry for the inconvenience and have a good day. She just gave me my drink and sandwich and closed the window behind her self. Sheshould have better attitude being that it’s thanksgiving day

Early morning I ordered a coffee through app and stated it would be ready in 10 min when I arrived I couldn't even get into the parking lot when I approached the counter it was not ready and when asked they stated they had over 5 orders ahead of me . If you plan to order here you have to order at least 30 min before . Pick up time and hope you can enter the parking lot to pick it up .

Terrible customer service. Told me they didn't have a microwave... how do you guys make the breakfast sandwiches. Very dishonest. Then very rudely left cashier counter without taking my drink order.
