This is one of the nicest Starbucks located in the Redlands (and Loma Linda) area. I have only been in the drive-thru and never inside - but my order quality has been consistent every time. Really good customer service too! I like that it's right next to the Tesla supercharger station. I subtracted one star because the drive-thru/parking lot situation is tricky when it's busy. Just had the best customer service experience at this location. Tamia and Lanie were the sweetest! They both greeted me with smiles and offered an alternative to a pastry that was sold out. Tamia beautiful bright smile could light up a room. Thanks ladies for making my experience an enjoyable one!

We L❤️VE Redlands but I think this place could do better. It’s not the cleanest I’ve been in (floor was filthy), the team members appear to be ”new” lots of do-overs. Mobile app for this location shows that most drinks “weren’t sold here”… yet our orders were filled. I get it, they’re busy but I guess I just expect more from Starbucks.
