Long wait time despite huge staff. With 2 people in front of me I waited 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich.So loud because of the interior design and Lou dish music you can barely hear your name called. Barely any parking.After waiting 30 minutes for the Breakfast sandwich, I asked and they had mixed it up with the pick up orders. Nice customer service gal gave me a $4 gift card because of the slip up.
Store manager Carlos is the best! Efficient, humble and respectful to customers! I brought a drink to be fixed from another Starbucks and when he saw it, he immediately offered to remake it to how I want it and understood what I meant about light foam or no foam! Thank you! You more than made up for the rudeness and arrogance of the LA Palma and San Bernardino on 2nd Street starbucks locations!!!

Amazing service, I made a mistake on my order and Belle came to the rescue, got it straightened out. She was so understanding and helpful.The store itself is clean, all the staff are welcoming and fast. I appreciate the vibe!
