Super cool place to get cakes and cupcake decorations supplies ?

Before the shutdown, we used to hit Cakewalk a couple of times a month to get supplies for our cottage bakery. When we stopped in the other day, they had basically *nothing* in stock but fondant and cake boards. No flavorings, no decorations, no sprinkles, nothing that most local bakers would need. Way to put yourselves out of business, guys. Guess I'll hit Pila's Pantry in Rancho Cucamonga from now on.

Do not come here. They started making every customer purchase a $40 annual membership or $10 day pass to shop here, which I didn't have too much of a problem with. Then, they closed unexpectedly for over a month and didn't say when they would reopen. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen and are very rude on social media to customers. Yes, they need time off too, but to do it with no warning and no idea of when they're reopening is messing with other people's livelihoods and businesses. First time going since reopening and half the items they used to sell they no longer have or will have at the Redlands location. So now, they expect you to drive to Riverside every time you need something basic like white melting chocolate. After this year, I will not be purchasing a membership and I know a lot of other people will no longer be shopping here. There are cake stores in Riverside and Fontana that don't charge memberships so I'll be taking my business there. Last but not least, the owner has been known to sexually harass his employees at his cookie store, the cookie plug.

Tried to call to ask about edible image printing, got no answer for 2 days, just kept ringing. So I drive to the location, and the sign says they're open and hours of operation, but the door is locked and no one is there...??? Lost another customer...

I came to cakewalk. Place says open online and on the window when arrived. Noone was there.

Now you have to pay to shop here? No thank you. I realize the past year and a half was rough for retail but this is not the way to keep customers. I always suspected these folks expanded their business way too big far too fast and this would be a sign this may be true.

Very disappointed in this store! It use to be the best and now it went all the way down hill unfortunately I won’t be back.

Yelp says they open 9am It's 10:20 am and it's closed!!!!!!!! Some lady with glasses was walking in to the shop and I let her know the hours on Yelp and she was rude about it! Saying it's not her problem! So glad I didn't shop here
This place is a joke. Never stocked with supplies. Now they charge you $10 to shop and buy unless you spend money on their member card. Done with them

What a shame, Cakewalk has gone downhill! Always out of the most basic items - (edible images, boxes, holiday baking items, etc) They are not up with the changing times bringing in more current items bakers are using. Not to mention their hours are not convenient (11-6) and closed Sun/Mon. The company doesn’t respond to emails as they suggest emailing them. The staff don’t seem to be knowledgeable like they were when they first opened. And now it’s a members only store. Well, this member will not renew next year!!! There are other baking supply stores, better customer service and well stocked.

I came here looking for decorations for a cake. There very little to choose from plus you now have to pay a membership fee to buy anything here. With the minimal selection this store offers, there is no reason to charge a membership fee.

Will not shop there cause from what I heard and their frosting and fondont is not fresh. They erase the off the expiration dates off their expired frosting and fondant and put another date on it.

A membership only place now?? Pleeeease, even the people who DO pay for that membership are going to walk into stuff always being low or out of stock supplies. Your membership will also include inattentive/rude employees who just want you out of the store. Good luck.
