I would come here again if someone else is paying for it and hopefully the ingredients are better! The store itself is OK. Service is also OK. Not memorable and pleasant, and not terrible either. It's pretty dry. Now, the smoothies... not good. I was disappointed and bummed. For the price, it was not worth it. I ordered the orange vitamin-c booster drink. It tasted like ice. This store needs new management or at least retraining of their employees. I used to work for Jamba years ago, at this exact location in fact, and the quality control and consistency has gone way down hill. Often times I'll order a smoothie and it's watery like a juice and ingredients are clearly missing or wrong. They are also constantly out of multiple ingredients at a time (strawberries, bananas, orange juice, etc.). I know they blame it on supply chain issues post COVID, but...read full review

Gotcha matcha my FAVE!! The manager makes it perfect for me every time. I always enjoy this store, I love their vibes. They have a great team. Reading other reviews I wasn't expecting much but I'm glad I like to check things out for myself. I get it's upsetting when they don't have ingredients but they're really good at helping you with substitutions. To want to have the store closed down for that sounds a bit harsh.
