Same menu as every other Jamba but the service was so slow - very understaffed

Ordered a smoothie, they can’t do it. I ordered another one. Same story.I ask “I’m sorry, what can you do then?”“PRETTY MUCH NOTHING, we have no fruit, apart from peach and blueberries and no plant based milk” (don’t know about dairy milk cuz I didn’t ask).I was in shock. I was speechless.Mind that I already paid for an actual smoothie before I was told there were no ingredients available.“I can blend peach and apple juice”“Nothing else?!”“No, sorry!”“What’s going on guys?!”He goes “we had some crazy busy days (on Monday and Tuesday?!?!) and we ran out of ingredients. They have trader joes NEXTDOOR! If they wanted they could go and get fruit and milk at the grocery store. I’m pretty sure the Jumba Juice employer or whoever it is, would be glad to find an alternative, a great solution to this kind of shortage to have their store working properly. Instead, they’re just standing there saying “we’ve been waiting for the batch to be delivered” and in the mean time? You make a customer pay FULL PRICE for a smoothie before you say you can’t do it. Seriously? I was too speechless to ask for my money back. I probably should have… and what I got was kinda disgusting and had to toss it!

I would come here again if someone else is paying for it and hopefully the ingredients are better! The store itself is OK. Service is also OK. Not memorable and pleasant, and not terrible either. It's pretty dry. Now, the smoothies... not good. I was disappointed and bummed. For the price, it was not worth it. I ordered the orange vitamin-c booster drink. It tasted like ice. Wayyy too much ice. No flavor and not delicious. My family tried some of it and nobody liked it. I wondered if ingredients were missing because there was no flavor. It's located at such a prime spot, near the beach, TJ's, Starbucks, dessert places and the farmer's market. Hopefully the service and drinks will be better. For now they do need some work and care.

Edit to add location for clarification: Jamba Juice at the Riviera Village on Elena St. I ordered two açaí primo here a few days ago. Got a call from them saying they're out of bananas and strawberries AND blueberries. Basically, all the toppings of their açaí primo. What?!? This is one of your prime items! Nevertheless, I was grateful for the call. Told the man behind the call that I really appreciate the call--saving me the drive (2mi). He asked what I'd like to do, I said "please refund the money". He said yes. I still got charged for it 2 days later and STILL waiting for my money back (5 days now). I now do NOT trust them. How are you running a business, in this day and age, like this?!? (Especially in PV/RB). EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

This store needs new management or at least retraining of their employees. I used to work for Jamba years ago, at this exact location in fact, and the quality control and consistency has gone way down hill. Often times I'll order a smoothie and it's watery like a juice and ingredients are clearly missing or wrong. They are also constantly out of multiple ingredients at a time (strawberries, bananas, orange juice, etc.). I know they blame it on supply chain issues post COVID, but that excuse is wearing thin now in late 2022. Tonight I ordered an orange dream machine and it was watery, no thickness whatsoever, and it tasted sour like something was missing from the recipe (possibly the orange sherbet?). Not cool when you consider how expensive they've gotten. Sad to see...I hope they can turn things around.

Gotcha matcha my FAVE!! The manager makes it perfect for me every time. I always enjoy this store, I love their vibes. They have a great team. Reading other reviews I wasn't expecting much but I'm glad I like to check things out for myself. I get it's upsetting when they don't have ingredients but they're really good at helping you with substitutions. To want to have the store closed down for that sounds a bit harsh. To compare it to another store isn't smart either. Different drinks are ordered every time. Crazy to read what some people will throw a Tantrum over. Also, I must go on days they've cleaned because I've yet to see this place look like a dump.

Horrible manager! There was no one in the room so my friend asked for someone so he could order a drink and he kicked us out. Never go there. Drinks were bad too they didn't blend enough there were chunks left. And they were out of strawberries.

When you go into establishments multiple times and they tell you all out of "strawberries/bananas" it's time to find a new place. The owner apparently doesn't care what it looks like because it looks like a dump and management doesn't know how to order, seemingly, because they're out of primary staple fruits. This place needs to be closed and build something that's actually functional. So the last review was 20 days ago and since then I have returned nine times out of which they have failed seven times, but the reply from the business manager said that they're having an ingredient problem at that facility which is a load of crap, because I went to the other store on the hill, same owner, and they have the ingredients every day. Let me reiterate: This store needs to be closed and removed as it is as worthless as could be.

always good . i like the matcha drink with oat milk and occasional healthy smoothie . i appreciate the hard working high schools kids working . sometimes they are out of supplies due to supply chain issue as many others have experienced . i try to be understanding and patient

Order in advance! This is the secret to your convenience because parking here is a torture. Consider yourself lucky if you can find a parking at the plaza. Across the street is the paid parking that accept coins and parking app. I only get the plant-based smoothies. My fave would be the Smooth Talkin' Mango. If you have the app,you will get some savings. Most of the time, the staff are nice. When I went, they're hiring as posted. Anyone interested?

Came in the morning at about 9:00 am no other customers but it seemed they had a larger order so they were not very helpful or greet me at all. I waited for about 15 minutes to just get my order in. Usually I don't come here but the other one is out of stock on everything. Very disappointing because I love Jamba but they seemed mad that people were coming in. Hopefully they get more help soon

Closed at 3p on a Saturday. Wish I would have known you keep different hours than what you have posted. Also wish you hadn’t accepted my order on your app and charged me for an order when you’re not open.Reply to owner: I noticed you offer the same response to all the negative feedback you receive. I wanted to let you know both the options you recommend for your customers (contact us page and phone number) have not yielded any response. Maybe you want to rethink suggesting those options going forward, knowing now neither will actually do anything for your customers. Also, when calling the number google has for your store, it says the voicemail is not setup.

I went last minute to order a white gummy smoothie. It was going to be a few minutes to make the drink so I decided to go next-door to Trader Joe's. I took longer than expected shopping and when I went outside the employee was waiting with my drink and the store was shut down. He went above and beyond. A++++
