King's shabu shabu is a Japanese hotpot place that serves high quality meats cooked in a delicious broth. I have tried the tonkotsu and spicy miso broth, the tonkotsu is light on umami and has a milk like creaminess, a tonkotsu broth that you could completely gulp down. The spicy miso was savory, packed with flavor and intermediately spicy. It did not allow you to stop cooking your meat and ingredients in it. My friend says the beef was "really good!", and the glass noodles were a nice addition as well. With every hotpot you're given a bowl of with a variety of veggies, a choice of glass or udon noodle, and white rice or brown rice. I also enjoyed the service as it was attentive and respectful. Overall I enjoyed my experience at King's Shabu Shabu, and if I am looking for a more premium hotpot place, I would visit again.

Love this place. Before the shutdown, we used to go regularly. The food is high quality and they offer way more of a selection than a lot of shabu shabu places. It is quite expensive so it's more of a once every month or two kind of thing, but you always leave stuffed! Can't wait for it to open again.

This has Potential to one of my favorite Restaurants. I like Ramen, but to Cook your own own is super fun and great. First you decide your meat and combinations, we added the Ramen noodles and instead having the simple miso we choose the spicy Ramen. Its not so hot, just a little bit spicy. When you are done, it looks like a total mess...but we had our fun.
I'm a frequent visitor to this place although I know that the shabu here isn't the most authentic from Japan, they have the best service! Staffs are always friendly and the restaurant is extremely clean. I hope they can reopen after this paramedic!

First time dining here and we really enjoyed it. Food was very good and we had a good server who took time to explain to us how to shabu shabu. Food was very good, some was excellent. Our family ate together and everyone had a good time. Acoustically the restaurant is very loud, to the point where we couldn't hear each other without really speaking up, and we had difficulty hearing our server. We'll go back, it's a fun time for the family and the food's good.

Not exactly the place I'd go repeatedly. Quality of the food is ok, but everything on the set menu is for people on diet. I'm not a big eater by any means, but the amount of food they serve on set menu are for appetizer, barely. If you want a reasonable size meal without ordering extra meat, don't go there. Their price are not justifiable.

Great decor and food was descent but we lost our waiter. No wate, half out party hot plates and asked 3x to get refill on penut sauce. Food was cold by the time it penut sauce refill came. Simple fixes to get a 4 but probably won't come back from proor service...
