Had Saimin for the first time. Girl said there would be Imitation Crab and green onions in it along with the noodles. There were none. Just broth and noodles. BlahI think I just ate Top Ramen?Thank goodness it's taco tuesday.

I have been an L&L fan for over a decade but this location doesn't meet the mark. They precook the chicken and heat it up when you order. The chicken obviously doesn't taste as fresh with this prep and is dried out. The portions are smaller than other L&L locations too. I ordered a Mini BBQ Chicken and received half a scoop of rice and even less macaroni salad. Will be going to the Crenshaw location from now on.

Very disappointed,make sure you arrive almost 20 minutes before closing if you want some food. Apparently they close they kitchen before they close the restaurant. Also there portions are so small compared to other L&L Hawaiian Barbecue. Sorry lost a customer to Bad customer service.

Had the saimin. Meh. Noodles were sparse, barely any. I think they sat in the soup for too long bc they were not springy but rather mushy. The soup was good just like Hawaii. Still in search of a good bowl of saimin here in LA.

If they’re going to offer an app, it should be usable at all stores. Since I could not order at this location, I left and purchased food at a competitor.

Great food, portion sizes and friendly staff. Enjoyed the food. Got a mini bbq chicken bowl with rice and some veggies. Husband got the bbq mix regular plate - with hot rice, cold macaroni salad. Everything tasted great and fresh.

Wish I had food of our plates. We had a to-go phone order. They were great over the phone and very flexible when we called back to add an extra plate to our order. The food was ready when we arrived. Only complaint I that we needed more sauces. The containers were only half way full. We ordered two regular plates. One plate was katsu chicken and the other half and half with bbq chicken and katsu. So good and so much food it was left overs for later that night. We also ordered a mini plate as well and I think that would have been perfect size. We had a side Mac salad on the side and two spam misubis. Sooo goooood! Prices have gone up but that's to be expected with everything being so pricey. Can't wait til our next order!

The food is the same everywhere but they're never open and never answer the phone. I don't think they like making money, I drove by today on a Saturday during the summer and there are so many people at the beach and around the restaurant looking to eat.
Love their spam musubi! My family got Katsura chicken and bbq mix and those were also good. Strongly recommend!

I'm an L&L regular, but I think there's definitely some improvements they could make to their service. I went one day and was greeted by a super friendly guy who double checked our order and was great overall. The next day it was a young woman working, who made me feel awkward while I was deciding what to get. She didn't greet me or anything. She also ended up giving me a bbq mix plate when I ordered a Hawaiian plate. I think they need to up their training to ensure customers get what they ordered! I mean I didn't mind eating it, but still just rule one of food service is get the correct order to the right person.
